Solo un detalle no hizo la experiencia completamente agradable

El servicio del personal, siempre atento, viaje con mi bebé y en todo momento obtuve ayuda de ellos.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente en mi habitación el sifón del lavamanos salía un olor horrible como si algo se estuviera descomponiendo, se aviso en la recepción pero hasta el último día fueron a revisar y no se pudo hacer la revisión en ese momento, nunca más volvieron entonces toda la estadía fue con ese olor.

Malísimo no corresponde a las fotografías
Cons:

Las habitaciones no corresponden a las fotos, se encuentran deterioradas, las camas no tienen cabecero, baños con humedad. Solicitamos el cambio y nos asignaron la "suite" y resultó que no habían realizado el aseo. Las sábanas se veían usadas tenían pelos y pedimos el cambio de sábanas y después de traernos otras cosas que no correspondían a sábanas nos trajeron unas sucias manchadas de amarillo, y refirieron que no tenían más. Habitaciones no están insonorizadas por lo que se escucha todo el ruido de la calle.
El desayuno malísimo no es tipo bufet,la comida no tenía sabor, y un pan tajado viejo y los empleados te lo tiran al plato no te lo sirven.
