Important information:

Renovation work is done from Monday, 1st April 2024 to Saturday, 31st August 2024, daily. The entire building is under renovation. Some rooms may be affected by noise and odor. Please note that some rooms may not have views or use of balconies.

The hotel's free shuttle service runs as follows.
From Kawaguchiko train or bus station, or Fujikyu Highland: between 15:00 and 20:00. Please call upon arrival.
From the hotel to Kawaguchiko train and bus station: every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 11:00.

The hot-spring bath is open from 06:00-24:00.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Stort flott rom med god utsikt, slapp frokost
Pros:

Veldig stort rom, med separat soverom og stue, god utsikt.

Cons:

For en europeer er frokosten veldig japansk. Passer ikke mine smaksløker, og spesielt ikke barnets. Det samme gjelder restauranten.

Hôtel avec vue Fuji magnifique. Chambre spacieuse. Je recommande si ton objectif est de voir le Mont Fuji.

Hôtel bien situé.
Chambre ultra spacieuse avec vue sur Fuji!
Petit supermarché en face avec quelques choix de restaurants autour.
Petit déjeuner bien varié essentiellement salé.
Navette gratuite entre hôtel et gare de Kawaguchiko ou FujiQhighland.

Le gros point fort c’est que tu as la vue sur Mont Fuji tôt le matin même si précision météo ps bonne en terme de visibilité.

Machine à laver et sèche disponible contre pièces.

Cons:

Pas d’arrêt de bus à proximité.
Hormis la navette il est plutôt difficile de se déplacer à proximité.

Als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren in der Fuji Region sehr gut, wenn man Abends noch ausgehen möchte eher ungeeignet.
Pros:

Der Blick von den Zimmern auf den Fuji! Der Shuttle und das nette Personal.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionsfähig. Frühstück ist zumindest für westliche je Besucher etwas limitiert, aber ok.

超美的山景，且鄰近Bell shopping mall 走路約5分鐘（裡面有好吃的壽司郎跟好好買的超市），附近也有燒肉店！不用擔心沒東西吃～飯店服務人員親切且英文能力也很好～早上打開落地窗就可以遠眺富士山！！房間也整理很乾淨～各方面都讓人感到舒服

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Regina Kawaguchiko.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The food was also very good, and we enjoyed our meals during our stay.

The onsen was nice and a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. While it wasn't the highlight of the hotel, it was clean and enjoyable.

We purposely booked a room with a view of Mt. Fuji, but unfortunately, the weather was cloudy throughout our stay, so we didn't get to see it. That was disappointing, but of course, it's something no one can control.

Overall, Hotel Regina Kawaguchiko offers excellent value for money. With comfortable rooms, delicious food, kind staff, and good facilities, I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

There was strange smell on the corridor...it could be paint or after some maintenance work??
