Important information:

Renovation work is done from Monday, 1st April 2024 to Saturday, 31st August 2024, daily. The entire building is under renovation. Some rooms may be affected by noise and odor. Please note that some rooms may not have views or use of balconies.

The hotel's free shuttle service runs as follows.
From Kawaguchiko train or bus station, or Fujikyu Highland: between 15:00 and 20:00. Please call upon arrival.
From the hotel to Kawaguchiko train and bus station: every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 11:00.

The hot-spring bath is open from 06:00-24:00.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Our room was amazing the staff were so helpful
The shuttle was super handy
Oh and the view of fuli was the best

Cons:

A little outnof the main center and away from the lake but thats not necessarily a bad thing.

Pros:

Very comfortable bed and room. The view of Mt Fuji was good when we got a glimpse through the clouds on our 1st day. It would have been spectacular had it been a clear day. The location was a little way from the station, there was a shuttle bus but the times were strict & there were a few rules. Next time we'd consider hiring a car so that we could get ourselves around explore the area.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but not great with some food overcooked. The shuttle bus could have been available more often or have flexible times.

Pros:

Best views of Fuji. I was on the lower floors and could still see it perfectly! Room was super comfortable as well. Only downside is it's a little far from any stations.

地點離車站大概走路半小時 不過有到車站的接駁車
離富士山的各景點都有點距離
附近沒有超商 不過有商場跟藥局(但要走一小段路
早餐的種類不多 但味道還行~

Espectacular lo mejor de nuestro viaje a Japon.

Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor de este hotel son las vistas!. Tuvimos mucha suerte porque el dia que llegamos el Monte Fuji se dejo ver y ya van 10 dias que no se deja ver. Fuimos muy afortunados. Unas vistas maravillosas, da a un bosque tranquilo, sentado en el sofa con esa vista y la brisa fresca fue lo mejor!. El personal muy amable, es recomendable contratar la cena, fue una gran experiencia, y tienen Onsen! fue una gran experiencia toda la estancia, fue lo mejor de nuestro viaje a Japon!. Llegamos a la estacion de Kawachiko y fuimos caminando al hotel, el camino muy bonito!. Ellos tambien te pueden recoger pero nosotros decidimos caminar y fue una gran experiencia.

Cons:

Irnos! Nos hubiera encantado quedarnos mas tiempo.

Een fantastisch hotel met een mooi uitzicht op de mt. Fuji en vriendelijk personeel. Alles netjes en een goede onsen. We waren in het laagseizoen en kregen een gratis upgrade naar een zeer ruime kamer.
