Important information:

Renovation work is done from Monday, 1st April 2024 to Saturday, 31st August 2024, daily. The entire building is under renovation. Some rooms may be affected by noise and odor. Please note that some rooms may not have views or use of balconies.

The hotel's free shuttle service runs as follows.
From Kawaguchiko train or bus station, or Fujikyu Highland: between 15:00 and 20:00. Please call upon arrival.
From the hotel to Kawaguchiko train and bus station: every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 11:00.

The hot-spring bath is open from 06:00-24:00.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Toller Aufenthalt mit leckerem, japanischem Essen
Pros:

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren total begeistert von den Abendessen. Es wurde Kaiseki Menü serviert, das sehr, sehr lecker geschmeckt hat. Das Frühstück hat dagegen noch Luft nach oben im Bereich "Western".

A vista do monte fuji do quarto é simplesmente maravilhosa! O jantar incluso na diária é muito bom!

O café da manhã não tem opções ocidentais. As opções são BEM orientais, poderia melhorar nesse ponto.

Shuttle service didn’t have WhatsApp so we weren’t able to ring to ask about collection so it was a 15 minute walk or urber (£5-10)

朝食とロケーションは大満足。夕食は個室でゆっくり楽しめると、さらに素晴らしい宿になると思います。

朝食は本当に素晴らしく、大満足でした。

ロケーションも以前と変わらず素晴らしく、今回も大満足です。

Cons:

昨年利用した際は、2名での夕食を個室でゆっくり楽しむことができ、とても良い印象が残っていたので、今回も期待していました。

今回は会場での食事だったため、少し残念に感じました。個室利用に追加料金が必要であっても、選択できるのであればぜひ利用したいと思います。

また、夕食時にスタッフの方が立って待機されていることが少し気になりました。必要な際にチャイムなどでお呼びできる形のほうが、落ち着いて食事を楽しめるように思います。

お気に入りの宿だからこそ、今後への期待も込めて感想を書かせていただきました。

Pros:

La habitación con vistas al Fuji. El servicio de traslado en furgoneta. Al que se puede avisar por teléfono público desde la estación.

Cons:

Pésimo desayuno, muy malo, el peor de mi vida. No recomiendo contratarlo, es de muy mala calidad todo. El hotel aunque limpio y bien conservado es antiguo y ya necesita un poco de renovación general.

Pros:

Frühstück war überwiegend japanisch. Brötchen oder "europäische" Lebensmittel etwas dürftig. Standard wir Rührei, Croissant, Müsli vorhanden. Japanische Frühstücksauswahl wie Miso Suppe, Reis, Udon Nudeln usw. sehr gut und viel.
Schöner Blick auf den Mount Fuji, Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal mit guten englisch Kenntnissen. In dieser Region nicht ganz üblich.

Cons:

Kein 24h Check in, das Personal bleibt jedoch länger da, wenn man die Ankunftszeit vorab mitteilt. Shuttlebus fährt nur bis 20 Uhr zum Bahnhof Kawaguchiko zur Abholung, danach muss man ein Taxi nehmen, ca 6-7€ (1.100YEN) was in Ordung ist.
Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, da ich beruflich dort war nicht so schlimm für mich. Fußweg zum Freiteitpark Fuji-Q Highland Park machbar, ca 15-20 Minuten.
