Never again
Cons:

Overpriced and under delivered.

No clear instructions as to how to enter the building.

Was never told we had to phone the number on Bookings.com.

Room had a dirty odour as soon as we walked in.

Just didn't feel clean. Old furniture, bedside tables had hardly any farnish left on.

No smart TV, could connect but only when the person who should us the room had to ho and get a cable to the DVD!! player.

We were told that if the signal dropped out that we should unplug and then replug the DVD.

WIFI was slow.

Couch was cheap.

The room was not at all soundproof.

Only one reverse cycle air-conditioning for the 2 bedroo apartment which was located in the living room, so heat the bedrooms we had to leave the interior doors open. Not great when there are two couples.

Bed was far to "springy", not comfortable.

First and last time we will stay here. Never again at the price.

A comfortable, affordable, and exceptionally well-located stay with a responsive host that made a challenging time much
Pros:

We stayed here for two weeks while attending appointments at Peter Mac, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

The accommodation was affordable, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was fantastic to deal with, maintaining excellent communication throughout our stay and responding to any questions or concerns quickly and efficiently.

The location is ideal, with Peter Mac and several other hospitals within easy walking distance. Having trams right outside made getting into the city incredibly convenient, and the secure parking facilities were another huge bonus.

We genuinely appreciated how well everything was managed, and it made what was a stressful time for us much easier. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne, especially those attending the nearby hospitals.

Cons:

Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. Being so close to major hospitals means you may occasionally hear helicopter arrivals or emergency vehicle sirens during the night, but that’s simply part of the location and certainly didn’t outweigh all the positives.

The young man who gave us an orientation to the property was very accommodating. Apartments are conveniently located to

The property was convenient to the cooking class that we attended.

Cons:

There’s nothing in particular that I didn’t like, we booked three apartments and stayed in three different areas. It was challenging to come together for that reason. The apartments that we stayed in, had a light coloured kitchen, not the one depicted on the Booking.com website.

It is an excellent position to all the big hospitals which cuts down on the stress and anxiety of being on time for 7am appointments

Pros:

Everything was great, room and building standards on a daily was immaculate. Location was just across from the hospital which made walking very easy with our young kids.

Cons:

The pool and spa area was in maintenance, the weather didn't help either too cold to use outdoor setting areas

Perfect short walk to hospital precinct, would stay every time I visited but it's usually booked out.

Cons:

It's an excellent stay, but there are much cheaper stays within a block or two that do the same job. It could be a touch more competitively priced.

We had an enjoyable stay close to our appointments
Pros:

The unit was lovely and clean, with very comfortable beds, and very close to our appointment locations. Will definitely stay again. We were met at the entrance to the car park, and we were taken down to the parking area, then we were taken to our room.
We had an easy exit from the carpark, being met by an attendant and we were able to hand keys over withut getting out of the car.

Cons:

Nothing really, everything was lovely.
