Pros:

Without a doubt, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The floors were dirty & peeling, the toilet had no seat, there was no toilet paper, there was no hot water, the sheets were torn, & there were holes in the ceiling/walls. Honestly, you can’t make this up. It’s worse than the movies. I hope future prospective guests stand clear. This place is pathetic. This hotel deserves a negative score.

This Hotel Does Not Even Exist！I went to the location indicated on hotel.com, it is a very dirty mass street and there is no hotel called "Landmark". Hotel.com should bend this hotel and refund my money!

Not as advertised
Pros:

We booked room for one night. Once we got there and been shown literally first open room, it was not what they advertise. Room was dirty the bed covers were not changed, bathroom not cleaned at all but on the plus side it was the only hotel that had hot water.
We asked to be moved to a room that resembled the photos as advertised online but unfortunately they didnt have any 'deluxe' rooms avaliable.
Overall wouldn't stay there again as was unbelievably dirty and felt bit unsafe.
