Für den Preis war die Reise in Ordnung.
Pros:

7 Nächte All in für 650€ pro Person (Preis-Leistung) - Lage direkt am Strand. Die Strandbucht ist wirklich sehr schön. Parkplätze rund um das Hotel. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die warmen Mahlzeiten waren teilweise nur lauwarm oder schon kalt. Einige Brötchen morgens hatten Schimmel. Die Getränke schmecken teilweise etwas salzig. Die Tische und Stühle wackelten teilweise extrem im Restaurant. Die Hotelanimationen finden nur auf französisch statt. Wasserstrahl in der Dusche ist zu den Primezeiten sehr schwach.

Okay for families with children
Pros:

What was good that rooms were clean and it was around Calas. So we could easily reach some Calas for swimming. Normally they give a safe with deposit and additional cost (which I find strange). They gave it us free.

Cons:

I think it was not for young people, rather than for the families with children.

I camerieri del ristorante, la posizione e la grandezza della stanza.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata piuttosto negativa. Gran parte dello staff si è dimostrata spesso arrogante, in particolare una signora che controllava continuamente che gli ospiti avessero il braccialetto per poter accedere alle varie aree dell’hotel, e anche un signore alla reception.

La pulizia è stata praticamente assente: in alcuni giorni non sono stati nemmeno cambiati gli asciugamani, non venivano effettuati regolarmente i refill del sapone e non venivano portati via i piatti sporchi lasciati in camera. Nel complesso, il servizio di pulizia è stato decisamente insufficiente.

Anche il cibo è stata una grande delusione. Trattandosi di un all inclusive, ci aspettavamo una scelta e una qualità decisamente migliori. Invece la scelta era molto limitata, i piatti si ripetevano continuamente e, soprattutto, la qualità era piuttosto bassa. Anche lo snack bar non ha compensato questa mancanza. L’all inclusive, per come è stato organizzato, è risultato quindi quasi inutile. Va detto però che i camerieri del ristorante sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, a differenza di altri membri dello staff.

Un punto positivo è sicuramente la posizione, che abbiamo trovato comoda. Le camere sono inoltre abbastanza insonorizzate a finestre chiuse: con la finestra chiusa il rumore esterno si sente poco. Il problema è che, tenendola aperta, c’è parecchio rumore fino a tarda sera e già dalle prime ore del mattino.

Estancia agradable, pero con matices

El equipo de animación estupendo. La comida mejorable en cuanto a diversidad pero estaba bien. Hotel orientado a público francés, aunque los chicos de la animación se esforzaban para integrar a todo el mundo. Tenía una pequeña cala junto al hotel.

Cons:

La limpieza bastante mejorable. El suelo desde que llegamos estaba sucio y no se limpiaba correctamente al igual que los baños. El agua de la ducha y el lavabo estaba salada, pero lo peor era que en el bufet tampoco había agua en condiciones (solo un grifo con un agua asquerosa), por lo que todos los días había que ir al supermercado a comprar agua. Tenía cerca un centro comercial que por las noches estaba animado con algunos karaokes. La Marina estaba a unos 15 minutos andando. Lejos del centro

Air con was awful. Full on French hotel and don’t cater for English or other nationalities. We paid a lot for 3 nights for not a great hotel. The food was also cold on most occasions.

L'eau du robinet! Goût très dérangeant, dommage parce que les bouteilles d'eau ne sont pas incluses dans le "all inclusive" et les boissons au distributeur sont coupées à l'eau
On avait pas vraiment compris qu'il y a une équipe d'animation présente sur toute la journée. On ne pensait pas avoir autant d'activités et surtout de bruit jusqu'à 23h (voir plus lors de la pool party)

A localização é muito boa. As condições dos quartos também são agradáveis.

Não houve troca de toalhas, também as que tinham estavam manchadas.
As bebidas e comidas não são boas.
Tentei buscar informações com a recepção do hotel sobre os passeios turísticos e me foi apontado um cartaz de um agência. Não tinha encontrado o número no cartaz para entrar em contato e quando perguntei na recepção me foi dito com tom de descaso: é só vc ligar o número está aí.
