Pros:

Location and staff were great.

Cons:

The room I booked was a deluxe but the one given to me didn't look like deluxe, the floor looked dull and unclean. The furniture is old. The toilet paper quality is bad. The towels have changed colour and one of the pillows had a reddish stain that made me uncomfortable using it.

Pros:

The staff are friendly the place is clean .sometimes the rooms need to be sanitized and better quality cleaning products ,even though the rooms are clean thay don't always have a very fresh smell, I once booked a room that was smelling like ppl have been doing their thing just hours before and the room ddnt smell fresh had the same experience in another room.....possibly the sheets are not changed after every guest nor freshened properly

One thing I really hate which I've addressed on numerous occasions as I really did not want to put a bad review...the price is never consistent, one Friday it's 800 the next it's 1000 then it 700 or 600.i use the place often as I live a distance from my partners work so we stay overnight it's safer than travelling back home.. and the toilet paper ...I am have a dressed this multiple times I was then given one toilet roll to take to the room with me. I hadn't been back in a while since bit returned last night to find they are still using the same quality toilet paper, I don't expect them to use baby soft but there are affordable 2 ply and this being a hotel you'd expect decent toilet paper they are not the most affordable accomodation......if you thnk I'm bring petty pls book a stay and come back and give me your view on the quality of the toilet paper it's an absolute insult to guests

My stay was okey, close by to Mabhida stadium
Pros:

Bathroom was huge and beautiful

Cons:

Going up the stairs with luggage from the parking lot and also when we were coming from church services and tired, but still had to climb the stairs.

Great Place
Pros:

The hotel is as clean and well taken care of. The staff was amazing very helpful and kind. Overall the stay was amazing and everything else.

Cons:

The tv only had YouTube which made its boring at times. There was a funny smell when you walked into the room even after being cleaned. Sometimes the security will not be by the gate and you have to wait. Didn’t feel safe when it was late and had to wait for the security.
