Beautiful Scottish experience. Staff wonderful.
Pros:

A magnificent property located on the picturesque River Dee. The restaurant and bar were comfortable and food of quality. Our room was comfy and clean.

Pros:

The dining was excellent. The scenery including the stream right outside the hotel was beautiful.

Cons:

The bathroom shower was tub shower combo with a step. It wouldn"t be safe for anyone with any mobility issues, even mild.

Apart from the bedroom we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, especially Stewart in receprion.
The situation by the river was lovely. Apart from the first evening the food was very good.

Cons:

Our room was very poor for the amount of money we paid for it, the bathroom tiny, fortunately we were able to climb into the bath for the shower, others may not have been so able. The low energy lighting was so low I was unable to read my book. There was only 1 chair in the room and the hotel had no lounge to sit in.

Lovely stay at beautiful hotel on the banks of the Dee
Pros:

Location next to river Dee. Outside space at room. Lovely well kept buildings.

Cons:

Fan in bathroom inoperative. Some black mould on shower sealant.
