The personnel at reception is very courteous, friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was very clean and modern/updated.
La atención prestada especialmente por Ruben en recepción.
No ponian cada dia agua ni amenities. Faltan enchufes, no hay nevera para poder poner sobretodo medicacion.
Las cortinas no estan en muy buen estado, hay agujeros.
Cortesia, disponibilità. Ottima la colazione.
Posizione della struttura. Parcheggio. Ottimo ci stava anche il balcone.

Niente frigo bar né ristorante né altri servizi
Es waren sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zeitnah erreichbar, zu Fuß oder auch mit der nahegelegenen Metro.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Der Frühstücksraum war zeitweise überfüllt und es zog auf vielen Plätzen sehr kalt von der Klimaanlage.
Leider hatten wir das Zimmer über dem Frühstücksraum und wurden vom Stühlerücken ab Frühstücksbegin um 7.30 Uhr wach.
El hotel esta bien, el personal fue amable, la habitación era de un buen tamaño y el cuarto de baño también. Hay cerca paradas de transporte público pero aunque parece que esta algo retirado se llega enseguida al centro dándo un paseo.
El aire acondicionado del salón del desayuno estaba muy fuerte y se pasa frío. Más de un huésped bajaba con chaqueta a desayunar.
Great location. Room was clean. A/C worked. Internet was secure (a bonus). All the basics covered. Reception open 24/7. Had to leave a €5 deposit for an extra key.
It was a big birthday for me. My husband checked if they would accept delivery of flowers. 2 dozen red roses. They said they would. But did not put them in water. The roses were all but dead. When I asked why, I was fobbed off by the staff member with 'not our responsibility'. There was no apology. Nothing. Just a dismissive, repeated, 'we are not responsible.' The manager was in the next room. He went to check with her and came back with yet another quite rude denial. Flowers + water. Not too much to ask from a hotel who seemingly prides itself on customer service. Very very disappointing.
Locatie was prettig, super dichtbij metro en niet te ver van het stadscentrum.

Hotel con camera accogliente e pulita. Bagno ok ma con le porte della doccia difficoltose nello scorrimento. Servizio garage a pagamento 15€ al giorno ottima soluzione vista la mancanza di parcheggi gratuiti in strada. Colazione continentale. Ottima la vicinanza alla metro e alla fermata del tram 28.
