Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Blick auf den Dom war sehr schön.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag unter dem Dach, was bei 30 Grad schon schwierig ist. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage hätten wir allerdings extra buchen und bezahlen müssen, für ein 3 Sterne Hotel schon fragwürdig.
Laut Internet und Mitteilung war Check In ab 14 Uhr. Das das bedeutet, dass keiner da ist, bzw ich telefonisch jemanden bestellen muss, finde ich ebenfalls mindestens fragwürdig.
P.S. Leider war auch die angegebene Flasche Wasser im Zimmer nicht da.

Pros:

Das freundliche Personal hat bei der Anreise vor Ort meinen Wunsch eines Zimmers im oberen Stockwerk erfüllt. Das war nicht so vorgesehen, obwohl ich den Wunsch vorab geäußert habe.

Cons:

Email vorab zu Zimmerwunsch wurde nicht erfüllt.
Bei der Ausstattung fehlte Möglichkeit, im Zimmer Tee o. Kaffee zuzubereiten.
Kopfkissen war eine Zumutung, wurde aber vom freundlichen Personal einen Tag später ausgewechselt.

Cons:

Am Wochenende waren sehr viele Zimmer belegt, was leider auch nachts zu Störungen bzw. Lärmbelästigungen führte, da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist.

Schönes Hotel im Herzen von Worms
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden.
Der Service war sehr freundlich und die Ausstattung passte zum Preis.

Preis/ Leistung stimmt nicht
Pros:

Lage und Frühstück waren okay aber es gab kein Restaurant. Man musste außerhalb des Hotels essen gehen

Cons:

Licht war zu grell und in der Dusche war der Wasseranschluss falsch angeschlossen. Kalt ist warm und warm war kalt.🧐

Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit im Hof im Freien ohne Überdachung an einem kleinen Fahrradstäder.

Cons:

Fahrräder waren im Freien
Laut Buchung hätte ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer sein müssen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, man hätte diesen anfordern sollen.
Das angekündigte Begrüßungsgetränk war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.

Cons:

Breakfast was advertised as 0730 but, because iyt was Ascension Day, breakfast di dnot, actually, start until 0800. This should have been made clear in advance.
