Pros:

Great location close to the train station, the room was clean and comfortable and the shared bathroom was right outside! Great place for a quick stay in Geneva. The check in process was easy and communication was good.

Unsafe late night system
Pros:

Well located and easy to reach.

Cons:

The system isn't safe for late arrivals after midnight. You get sent a code to enter the building and your room number - the room will be unlocked, key inside. Reception is empty then.

The problem is someone took my room incorrectly. I had nowhere to go and the emergency number doesn't answer. I eventually found an empty room by trying random doors. This is not safe and travellers shouldn't have to do this.

The solution would be
1. Ensure the emergency line is working
2. Maybe have each room key in a locked box with a code for late arrivals. This would stop people taking wrong rooms.

The staff were nice about this when they came in the morning but it was unsafe, and I was lucky I was able to find a spare room.

We stayed in this hotel room number 32for one night(fortunately) two days 22/23 June.
The are no air conditioning(the window stay open, because was very hot weather, all night didn't sleep due to nois, loud conversation from outside), no refregator in the room, no kettle, no tea, no coffee (in pack)in the room, bath/toilet in the corridor for three number of hotel. We didn't get WiFi, this two days, WiFi didn't work, the administrator of the hotel two days promised to repair wifi, but we didn't get it.Orderd double bed but thre was 1.5 bed which in narrow for two person. The price about 200 euro for one night, there are nothing.

Mr Edgar very good person and understand the situation and helpful plus miss Jawaher friendly and keep the place together

I think the location is excellent but they should renovate the building and charge the client more. Building is too old
