Great overall
Pros:

Stuff was very professional and kind, location is great, literally in center of this city and everything is near. Very quiet and calm place.

Cons:

Elevator was little, would recommend to go by stairs. Toilet is not in the room, its in lobby and it has to share with others

Pros:

The location was great. Very convenient as it's near the bus station & train station.
Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Lift is a bit too small and hard to access from ground floor. Need to go up to floor to access it. Staff were friendly but they are only there from 7am to 3pm which is a bit inconvenience for me who arrived late at night and leave early in the morning.

Great location.
Pros:

Excellent location in the center of the city. It's about a ten minute walk to the water jet park area. Rooms are small but comfortable. Fan was provided as were towels. Appreciated having a sink in our room.

Cons:

Room is oddly shaped, somewhat small, and awkward to move around in. This was our second stay (different rooms) and both were of an odd shape. Not uncomfortable, just unusual.
