Low cost with excellent location; lacks contemporary features
Pros:

Check in was super easy and the reception staff spoke multiple languages. He had many helpful tips to offer and made sure i understood the house process (locked entrance in evenings, locations for convenience of snacks/shopping and the use of the transport card). Size of the room was adequate for a solo traveler who was teleworking during the daytime.

Cons:

Needs better air flow for climate crisis that will only get worse. One desk fan is insufficient for days when the temperature reaches 40-C. The noise level from the street was intrusive especially due to having to keep the windows open. The elevator is claustrophobic and the floor sinks when one steps into it.
