This is a great hotel, the team is friendly yet professional.
Pros:

We enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast at this hotel is rich in choices and delicious. The coffee was also delicious and there is possible to make juice from grapefruits.

Best overnight rest choice for Via Baltica traveler
Pros:

Well run hotel in cozy historical building with high ceilings, large clean rooms, cooling, excellent dinner (soups also good not only steaks that you can choose local sourced in the menu and enjoy high quality at local prices), 5* service in reception and restaurant (even wine tasting was offered), good breakfast and EV car fully charged overnight for reasonable 2.10 PLN/kWh. When arriving with EV, you can park and plug-in to the chargers that are on EV charging places with roof a bit before open parking in front of reception. The staff will activate charging after your check-in. Sharing some efficiency learnings while in Poland: better to pay for rooms in EUR on booking.com as the exchange rate to EUR is the best here. Choose to pay in PLN when shopping/paying with card, as the rate is better by Visa/MC than what local payment providers offer (they ask PLN or EUR with each payment).
