My Place Hotel-Boise/Meridian, ID

Raquel was very helpful at the front desk.

The room was clean and the staff during my stay were pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, it did not end well. I booked three nights and was able to finish my work in two days, so I asked the front desk agent if I could check out early and get one night taken off my bill. He said it was fine and upon checkout I received a folio showing the credit balance for the night not used. After about a week, I reached out to see when the credit would hit my card only to be told at that point that it was non-refundable. I can't stay here again if I can't trust that the management will honor the information given to a guest by there employees.

My experience was unique, because I had a situation and Mrs.Raquel was brilliant on helping me with the computer and printer, highly professional and I must said very well dressed.

The rooms are great and the staff is awesome! Front desk person Raquel is exceptional and was able to answer all my questions and meet all my expectations. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

I've stayed in my fair share of hotels but this one is by far my favorite. The rooms are cleaned well, every amenity I need is available, the staff are super nice. Denise at the front desk has always been very nice and helps with whatever issues I might have. Cory the manager is also very nice and is quick to iron out any issues. MyPlace is also surprisingly cheap for how nice it is. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Very clean and freindly staff

Do not stay here. Especially if you have booked using Expedia or any other website. They refuse to modify any reservation (even when asked to shorten the stay at check in and well within the 24 hour notice period). They are absolutely unaccommodating. Our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I had to go buy air freshener. People were smoking well within the 25 foot perimeter. Horrible horrible experience.

Very good experience. Staff was wonderful. Jeanie at the front desk is phenomenal. Good soul, good person, overall great. Made the stay very fun. Thanks to her and the other staff, our stay was great!

We've been staying at My Place Hotel Boise/Meridian for the past two weeks during our move from Maryland to Idaho, and it has truly been a wonderful home away from home. Moving across the country can be stressful, but the staff here has been friendly, welcoming, and helpful every step of the way.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfect for an extended stay. We especially appreciate the thoughtful room layout and the kitchenette, which has been very helpful while we're getting settled into our new community.

One thing we especially appreciate is that My Place Hotel welcomes pets. Traveling with our dogs could have been challenging, but they made us feel comfortable and welcome from day one.

The Boise/Meridian location is also fantastic, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and everything we've needed while getting established in Idaho.

We highly recommend My Place Hotel Boise/Meridian to anyone relocating, traveling with pets, or simply looking for a comfortable extended stay. We are especially grateful to the staff for helping make our transition to Idaho such a positive experience.

Great service! I had a issue with my reservation and Denice was so helpful and got everything situated for me! The room was clean and cozy! No issues at all! Can’t wait to come back again!

Great stay staff was great .....seamless check in!

Check went smooth, no issues and Front desk was nice and courteous. Rooms are nice and clean and for business travel it's great! staying a few days and the small kitchenette is wonderful. Especially for someone like myself always on the go and i actually get tired of fast food and restaurants! seems like everyone serves a lot of the same stuff sold by Cisco! so this was a great break! recommend it and the price is great and it's super centrally located!
PS: i have a thing about a nice clean bathroom, and they got it! also the recliner is perfect after a long day at work away from home! NICE TOUCH!

This has become my 'go to' hotel when I drive from Utah to Oregon. It is consistently clean, available, accepts pets, and the staff is friendly. The room has everything one needs for a one night stay to several. The mini kitchen is really nice. With that, and the amenities, it has everything a traveler needs for a nice, hassle free stay!

Relocation move to Idaho...Mandy helped us since we hit bad weather and changed our check in day. We are staying here over a month and the staff has been awesome and full of helpful information. If there was anything we needed Mandy was on it! Housekeeping is also great and accommodating to our pets.

Shelby was very helpful when we ran into complications with our reservation. Very sweet, she made sure to walk us through everything that was happening while resolving the issue. She really went above and beyond which I appreciated! Housekeeping does their due diligence and room was always left clean and beautiful. Groundskeeper does great at keeping up the grounds (it’s the guests that leave their dog crap out that ruin the scenery)

Awesome place with great ,clean rooms and great prices! The entire staff is very helpful and friendly! I've stayed here many many times and will continue to stay here as long as im in the area.

Excellent hotel, I have been staying here since it opened. I stay here every time I'm in Boise; great bed and a comfy recliner, with a full-size refrigerator.
They also have good employees, especially Mandy. Thank you for your assistance!

I loved the beds and Mandy at front desk was awesome. I'll go back.
