Everything we needed for a stop over
Pros:

Great food in the restaurant and incredible service in the restaurant. Room was large and well equipped.

It’s a little tired in places.

Very comfortable & welcoming...💚💚
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast, the room was perfect...spotless, spacious & very comfortable

However the real stars at the Hotel are the staff, everyone we dealt with was just superb, especially our young restaurant service lad.

Cons:

One of my favourite hotels
Pros:

Very comfortable, big clean rooms, food choice was tasty. This is such a lovely hotel!

Cons:

Being told off by a waitress for not sitting at the right table at breakfast.

Comfortable room for an overnight stop
Pros:

Large clean room, very large and very comfortable bed

Cons:

The hotel is in the grounds of a football/rugby stadium and whilst we were there a martial arts competition was underway involving 100s of people, so parking spaces were few and far between

Another great stay but a disturbing departure!
Pros:

Spacious rooms, kept extremely clean. Excellent restaurant with a wide menu choice.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were awoken on our last night at 4.40am with someone (night porter?) knocking loudly & persistently on what we thought was our door (126) but was actually on the door next to us. We just showered and left. The front desk had a sign saying it wasn’t manned (it normally is)so unable to get to the bottom of the untimely and concerning disturbance.

Warm friendly staff very comfortable night's sleep.
Pros:

Greated warmly at reception. Lift out of oporation so as my sister and I have mobility issues we were allkcated a room on the ground floor and given clear directions on how to get there.
Beautiful good dized room with tea and coffee facilities, we asked for extra teavags which was not a problem.
Very comforable bed.
We were attending a funtion at the hotel so great to be staying on site.
Staff very attentive and friendly

There wasn't anything on this occassion.

On the whole the rooms and facilities where very good

It was clean tidy and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was not at all what we expected very basic and limited
Didn’t enjoy it at all and we where made to feel uncomfortable and treated abruptly with little or any care or attention poor customer service overall
