La atención del personal en el desayuno fué lo que más me gustó. Lo demás es lamentable, ha bajado mucho su calidad.

Precio relación Calidad, Malo. mucho ruido habitaciones que dan al casino. No todos alojamos por diversión, lo nuestro era deporte y necesitábamos descansar. Se nota cambio de administración, fui varios años atrás y regalaban hasta pantuflas!,
ofrecen habitaciones mas caras hacia la calle...el ruido es igual. al menos debieran ser ventanas termo panel.
camas con muy poca ropa, almohadas muy blandas. pasé frío las 2 últimas veces que fui en el mes de julio.
se nota falta de aseo profundo en la ducha y mala mantención. Toallas de uso compartido de manos y pelo, mal. y yo pagué por habitación doble... eso no corresponde.

Desayuno muy bueno, el sauna, la habitación, tv con varios canales.

Cons:

Estacionamiento para los huéspedes no tiene distinción o seguridad, ruidos/musica del casino hasta las 02:30 de la mañana.

La ubicación

Cons:

Piezas excesivamente ruidosas por la bulla del casino y restoranes. Mantencion de la habitación muy mala, silla rota, no había refrigerador y todo lo del frigobar estaba encima de la mesa, bebidas calientes, alfombra sucia y baño con solo una toalla de mano y éramos dos personas, pedimos otra que nunca llegó. La atención del check in muy poco amable

Pros:

Es bastante caro para lo que ofrecen
El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad de cosas

Cons:

Las piscinas temperadas se tiene que pagar aparte y ya una vez pagado el valor nos dicen que la de hidromasaje estaba en mantencion
Además al momento de pagar me cobraron un valor que no correspondía

Cons:

Deberían considerar a los huéspedes del hotel una atención como cortesía y no cobrar el acceso al casino como a cualquier otra persona que lo visita.
