Excellent hotel, airport shuttle service was efficient and friendly, good breakfast, I would be happy to stay here again.

Return stay for niece UCI graduation. Check in process went very smoothly. Rooms were large and well appointed. got to use the kitchen ammenities that came in handy. Room was clean and everything in working order. welcomed as a globalist. Hotel location is great- next to many eateries and shopping. close proximty to UCI and Costco for Fuel- Cali fuel is silly expensive. Breakfast was adequate for a hyatt hosue and convenient way to start your day. Would return and recommend to friends and family. Hyatt Regency is less then a block away. might have to try that property too.

Beyond the front entrance of this hotel is a spacious lobby that accommodates a business center, snack area and lobby seating area before being greeted by the two-member front desk hotel staff.
This is a very clean hotel that provides a wonderfully put-together complimentary full breakfast! They do offer limited lounge type foods including spirits late in the afternoon. Outside is a small pool area and/or quaint seating area to enjoy, to include an indoor gym. They also offer a free shuttle ride to the John Wayne Airport located 10 minutes away.
This hotel is simply perfect for travelers who appreciate the pleasure of relaxation, comfort and peace of mind away from "hustle and bustle" activities.
I would like to commend both Steffany and Hector (Front Desk Representatives) for their genuinely energetic and excellent customer service! The both of you are passionately driven to ensure guest experinces is held to the highest standards - amazing!!!
Hyatt should commend you both greatly for being ambassadors behind their successes!!

Breakfast was decent. Thank you. Should have music. Even piped in. Should have happy hour. Even if nuts and cheap wine.

Great location, spacious suite with a full kitchen perfect for family. This is our 4th time staying here and it has been a favorite of ours when we are visiting our daughter at UC Irvine. Convenient location, clean rooms and beds. Complimentary breakfast, easy access to everything.

Room was below Hyatt standards and staff were not accommodating with anything other than helping get silverware that was in room
Last time I stayed. Did not help on in any way work with me when there was an emergency that occurred prior to trip and would not flexible at all wasted an entire nights money would do nothing regardless of notifying them before and during. Very disappointing when booked direct and tried to maintain communication. Won’t be back for a lame room uncomfortable bed not even clean overpriced room thanks but Hyatt regency is down the street and work every penny

Room was clean. Staff were accommodating and breakfast was also great.

We booked last minute due to chemical explosion evacuation in Garden Grove last Friday . 2 hours later we arrived at the hotel , the front staff told us they didnt have our reservation even though we showed them confirmation from booking.com. They didn’t try to help . Just plain simple we don’t see your reservation we don’t check u in. U have to talk to booking.com yourself. It’s like taking to robot. No feeling no empathy or en effort to try to find solution. We were too tired to even argue so we went back to our car and tried to call booking.com only to talked to AI. We sat in our and gave up and decided to go back home. The front desk came out and suddenly tried to help by saying I will check u guys in and we will charge u the same price as shown on booking.com
Here we go. He got his humanity back as we almost drove away.
This could have been handled better from beginning with understanding and little empathy for paying customer in this urgent situation like this.
