Hôtel charmant et bien implanté, mais il serait temps d’investir dans une vmc

El jardín del paraíso.
Pros:

El hotel es muy hermoso, especialmente el área del restaurante es preciosa, con el mural, sus orquídeas y flores en el máximo esplendor, todo perfectamente dispuesto para el mejor servicio, el descanso es maravilloso, habitaciones muy cómodas, personal muy amable y nuestra perrita Pepita lo disfruto. El desayuno muy completo y el café muy delicioso.

Buena ubicacion pero las habitaciones muy justitas

La ubicacion, el trato del personal, y las instalaciones en general, comedor,terrazas..

Cons:

La habitación requeriria bastantes mejoras, baño muy justo con nada para colocar las cosas, lla mampara no se ceraba, las almohadas eran bastante malas, el agua caliente salia cuando queria, la visterna se atascaba y faltaba algun armario para colocar las cosas.

Un sitio precioso y muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable
Pros:

Estuvimos en este hotel durante el terremoto de hace una semana en el eje cafetero y me gustaría dar las gracias a todos los empleados del hotel el jardín porque nos ayudaron a pasar el trastorno de la mejor manera. Nos indicaron que hacer en el temblor, mantuvieron el restaurante abierto y ayudaron a gestionar el transporte terrestre de todos los turistas que necesitaban salir de la zona pero no podían usar los aeropuertos. Muy recomendable.
No se lo pierdan, es un sitio precioso lleno de gente agradable. Merece una visita.

El personal muy amable, nos dejaron entrar antes y nos dieron una habitación mejor a la que habíamos reservado, el desayuno buenísimo y la habitación muy cómoda, todo perfecto!!!

El trato fue exquisito. Lamentablemente nos tocó vivir el terremoto allí, y la atención y preocupación del personal por los huéspedes en un momento tan delicado fue excepcional.
