El desayuno incluido es muy rico, el personal muy atento, las instalaciones muy lindas y la ubicación excelente
El aseo de las habitaciones, las cobijas no estaban limpias, pelos por todas partes, cucarachas pequeñitas en los baños, en general el piso no se sentía limpio del todo.

L'hotel est très joli, aux couleurs typiques de Colombie, la chambre est très belle, moderne et spacieuse, le lit est gigantesque et confortable, eau chaude pour la douche, le petit dejeuner est bon, l'hotel se situe à seulement une rue de la place principale tout en étant plus au calme, avec les chevaux qui passent régulièrement, le parking inclu
On entend un peu le bruit extérieur à la chambre mais ça va, pas de shampooing pour la douche

La regadera del baño salía muy helada o muy caliente no se puede regular, es complicado bañarse. No te cambian las toallas, se las tienes que ir a pedir, ni limpian la habitación, solo te dejan jabón de manos y ya, el almuerzo muy regular es igual todos los días, es un lugar Muy céntrico y tranquilo.

I wasn't able to get hot water for a shower. Apparently the pressure and hot water are temperamental: sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't! My husband was luckier than me!
