La ubicación, entorno y desayuno. La habitación también era bastante grande.
El lavabo un poco pequeño. Además, que no se pudiera pagar con tarjeta también es tedioso.
Por último, aunque sabíamos el precio tuvimos que poner una colada (un poco caro pero la necesitábamos). Luego nos dimos cuenta que hay una lavandería cerca y por la mitad.
El personal del hotel es súper amable. Las habitaciones eran cómodas y limpias. El desayuno muy rico y lo que también agradecimos mucho fue el aparcamiento, justo al lado de la puerta principal, muy accesible y en un lugar como Salento que cuesta aparcar, se agradece.

La iluminacion
Experiencia terrible; no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Desde la llegada, el trato del personal fue deficiente: el parqueadero es incómodo de usar y el acceso depende de la mala actitud de la recepcionista, quien nos ignoró y nos miró de forma despectiva.
Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. El hidromasaje está fuera de servicio y lleno de suciedad. Y no cuenta con aire acondicionado o alternativas para el calor de temporada. Para rematar la mala experiencia, la recepcionista cruzó la línea del respeto e intervino de forma intrusiva en nuestros asuntos personales. Una total falta de ética y de conciencia sobre el impacto que causan en los clientes.

El desayuno un buen menu y los neseros muy amables
No medieron la habitacion como la reservee una habitacion con 4 camas y solo me dieron tres la persona que me atendio dijo que si no me servia me devolbia el dinero y que buscara hospedaje en otro lugar
No me entragaron en el tiempi prometido la habitacion bo tenia meses de noche ni closrt ni sillas me toco poner maletas en el piso

Es un engaño a las fotos y a la descripción, me parece caro calidad precio.
El hotel está muy céntrico, es muy bonito y el personal super atento! Además cuenta con parking propio.
La habitación un poco justa. Le faltaba mobiliario. No había mesillas de noche para apoyar las gafas o el móvil. No había sillas ni armarios...
Las camas, la TV y poco más.
