Great location
The room wasn’t very clean. Stains on the carpet and walls and it smelt very badly like mould.
The location was perfect and rooms were amazing with bath tub .

The bathroom and bathtub was very nice. The room had a variety of lighting, nice WiFi and TV, and a good air conditioner. The staff were nice enough and spoke English. They did allow us to keep our bags at the hotel before checking in.
The bed was hard and the room was clean, but would not say it was nice (for the price). Check in is at 6pm. I understand not every request can be met, but I asked for an early check in online and was told they might be able to accommodate us at the hotel. To check in 50 minutes early they charged us 10,000₩ which just felt like a slap in the face after paying so much for the room. Clearly if we were able to go straight to the room… it had already been flipped. The only purpose of charging us was to get more money. The website promotes baggage storage, it is a table in the hallway right beside the check in counter. Granted, the bags were not touched at all and everything remained intact, but in no way would I claim a table in the hall to be ‘storage’.

The location was good, but overall the stay was below expectations. The first room smelled strongly of smoke, the sink and toilet were leaking, and the ventilation and fire alarm appeared to be covered with paper. The bedding was also stained and worn. After we requested a room change, the second room was better and acceptable, but still quite basic. The plastic-covered mattress also felt unusual and uncomfortable. Staff did help us change rooms, which we appreciated.
The hotel is clean and quiet and very near to both Metro underground train station as well as the high speed intercity train station.
The maintenance of room fittings / furniture could be improved.

Everything was pretty OK except heading system, which unfortunately didn't work...
AC and heating didn't work whole 3 days. I told them twice there is 11 degrees in our room. They always told me, they will check it, but it still didn't work, so it wasn't nice to sleep in cold room. Room isn't exactly so nice as at the picture, but it's OK
