They charged for the complementery bar and I think that should come with the payment of the room .maybe charge to fill it back up if your staying longer .

The water in the pool was cold and while I was sitting on the sun loungers, workers painting on the balconies. I on vacation to relax or I am watching the employees renovating the hotel?

The front desk was able to fulfill my request for a room with the spectacular view and spacious balcony--perfect for my meetings. The king size bed provided me with the best sleep I've had in years :-) Housekeeping was great and the staff at the restaurant was excellent.
During checkout, my assistant was charged for an extra room-key that she never requested or received. I was the only one who requested the extra room key for my room. I suspect that she got charged because her room was reserved under my booking #. Also, though I did not take advantage of the swimming pool, it looks like it needs to be resurfaced or remodeled because it looks dirty.
