雨の鎌倉も楽しめた旅
Pros:

少し古さはあるけど、掃除され清潔感があった
空調管理が良かった
立地も良い

Cons:

無料のコーヒー、氷、電子レンジは1階にあったが
着替えて行かなければならないので、アメニティにドリップコーヒーがあると良かった

最高の一泊でした。
Pros:

スタッフの皆さんの対応が自然で、親しみやすく、雨で濡れていると判断されてタオルを用意していただいたり、傘を心配してくださるなど、素晴らしい接客でした。夜の食事場所も推薦いただき、料理長が兵庫県の関係者で、話が合い、楽しいひとときでした。
室内も綺麗に、外の眺めもモノレールとＪＲが見られてお得感がありました。
朝食も美味しく、大変満足いたしました。

Cons:

外観も素晴らしい。
残念なのは隣のビルに葬儀屋さんの看板がありました。ちょいと辛いなあ〜と思いました。

優しさに包まれて
Pros:

台風でしたが、ロケーションは良かったです。
友人のお通夜の為に利用させて頂いたのですが、嫌な顔ひとつされず、場所の検索もして頂きました。
ありがとうございました。

Cons:

贅沢を言わせて頂ければ、テレビがもう少し色々見れれば良かったです☝️

Ottimo hotel
Pros:

Camera ampia per 4 persone. C'era tutto l'occorrente. Attaccato alla stazione di Ofuna e quindi comodo per raggiungere con i mezzi Kamakura. Parcheggio a pagamento ma abbiamo trovato posto.

As you would expect in Japan, the hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and very efficient.
Pros:

It is my understanding that JR Hotels are a subsidiary of JR East Railway system. Hotel located on the main line of JR East. Easy access to the main station. As you would expect in Japan, the hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and very efficient. English speaking Receptionists. Courteous and very respectful. Loved that they had complimentary coffee dispensers in the main lobby. Also has a restaurant on ground level. Excellent Stay!!!

Cons:

Nothing else could be better.
