Fiyat/kazanç oranı süper bir işletme
Pros:

Lokalizasyonu mükemmel idi. Etrafında çok fazla alışveriş imkanı mevcut

Cons:

Odalar ciddi küçük, temizlik yapılmıyor, sadece günlük yeni havlular kapıya asılıyor.,içmek için su dahi yok (her ne kadar çeşme suları içiliyor dense de). Kahvaltıda siyah çay yok.

Cons:

房间后边是个铁轨，整夜都发出滴滴滴的声音，早上火车特别吵。导致睡得很差。
而且这个酒店居然是10点要退房，否则要收1000日元每人每小时。我们晚了半小时退房，两人收了2000日元。从来没遇到过这么早退房的酒店。

房間雖然不大，但很夠用也舒適，我帶兩大行李箱，而且乾濕分離衛浴很棒。面向動物園那面風景不錯，但晚上睡覺鐵路聲音有點明顯，還會有點震動，淺眠的人要注意，但我們睡得不錯，
Pros:

位置非常好，除了房客電梯直通唐吉軻德，附近超商也都有。去通天閣、動物園、周邊百貨也都很近，前往搭乘地鐵、JR也都很方便。生活機能很好，治安感覺也不錯。沒帶備品的話櫃檯旁可以拿，還有些茶包咖啡，女生的化妝水卸妝的也都有，很貼心。也有萬用插頭等可借

Cons:

除了第一天晚上Check in時女員工的態度比較明顯冷漠，而且有小孩也沒主動給幼兒住宿包，是後來進房後我主動去櫃檯詢問是否有小孩拖鞋，另一位女員工才給。

其他人員都很好，第四天白天清潔房間，房務人員還主動再放一份幼兒備品包，很讚，謝謝

Pros:

Location is superd. Amenities is well provided. Checking in and out procedures is simple and smooth.

Cons:

Sound proof of the room is not good where we could hear the corridor if passerby speak loud or slam the door. We are lucky getting a room which is not facing the road so less noise on window side.

Funcional e Económico
Pros:

Pequeno-almoço aceitável mas talvez o pior dos três hotéis em estive no Japão. Serviço de recepção complicado. Sempre que tive que dirigir em inglês aos funcionários havia alguma dificuldade na comunicação. Bela vista para o Jardim em redor do hotel (infelizmente o meu quarto ficou virado para o lado inverso). É um hotel asseado, cumpre. Perto da estação de Tennoji com fácil acesso a todas as localizações da cidade e do comboio (Haruka) para o aeroporto.

Really convenient, close to the metro, and the staff even allowed us to store our luggage while we walked around before check-in. Rooms were great & roomy by Japanese standards. No complaints!
