Outdated furniture. Bed uncomfortable. Balcony is small and was very hot due to the outdoor air con blowing hot air in ur face when standing at on the balcony

The staff at the reception weren't so helpful. The rooms were so bad we wanted to cancel our booking but the hotel wouldn't refund us the money and forced us to stay. The AC never worked it was boiling in the rooms. The bathrooms smelt so bad. The list goes on....
