Nice, modern and clean hotel near Namba and Dotonbori

Great location near Dotonbori and Namba; walking distance to most restaurants and shopping in the area; parking in the building was convenient

L'emplacement et l'amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Le choix du buffet du petit dejeuner est pauvre et pas bon en ce quii concerne l'offre occidentale, les chambres sont vieillissantes et la moquette tellement usée dégage des odeurs malodorantes, le spa n'est pas des plus propres et le fait d'être envahi par.des usagers qui hurlent et s'amusent comme à la pataugeoire du quartier ne correspond pas au concept du onsen, lieu de détente et de repos. Je n'y reviendrai pas.

Very convienent.
Pros:

Right in the heart of everything, it was super easy to get around. The room and bed was very big and comfortable!

Cons:

The laundry facilities (specifically the dryer) were shocking. Did 3 runs in the dryer and the clothes still weren’t dry.

Their laundromat was the worst that I’ve encountered in our Japan stay. It didn’t work in the beginning and you had to do twice as much drying, sometimes three times to get it to dry. Even with a lighter load. Then there was an issue where our bathroom kept on getting flooded. The water subsided after a while but it left the whole floor and mat saturated. Unfortunately they did not find a solution, except to move us mid stay. New room didn’t have the same problem. The staff were nice though.
