Pros:

Nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora del check-in. Habitación espaciosa para ser Japón. Desayuno con opción occidental. Onsen bonito con parte exterior y abierto hasta tarde. Buena ubicación, un paseo a Dontobori y cerca de diferentes líneas de metro.

The location was fantastic. The hotel had all the things we needed, Bed was big and comfortable the Onsen was a bonus to soak and relax after a full day walking around.

Everything but one is very nice, hope they can keep it up.
Pros:

Very convenient location (close to convenient store, late night fast food shop, connection bus stop to Kansai Airport) with good facilities.

Cons:

The sky spa was not as clean as expected (visible floating hair strands even though I had taken off my glasses), but this may be due to the peak holiday season, and ladies do tend to have more falling hair as they are more likely to brush their hair...

Très confortable et près de tout!
Pros:

L’endroit est parfaitement situé au coeur de la ville! Beaucoup de magasins, restaurants à proximité. Les chambres sont spacieuses. 10-15 minutes à pied des gares de metro.

Cons:

Légèrement bruyant la nuit vu la rue très passante, parfois des voitures bruyantes.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

It was such a lovely stay. The onsen was so beautiful and the view from our room was also great. Lovely location as well right next to dotonbori.
