We absolutely loved our stay at The Duke Boutique Hotel and would return in a heartbeat—hopefully for much longer next time! We couldn’t believe the exceptional value for such a beautiful hotel with outstanding service. Check-in with Juni was seamless, and she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for exploring Gozo. Our Booking.com reservation included breakfast, which exceeded expectations with an excellent combination of made-to-order dishes and a generous buffet. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the heated towel rack was a thoughtful touch. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room overlooking the garden, which made for the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee. Our only regret is that we spent just one night in Gozo—we can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

One tip for future guests: the hotel entrance is accessed through the lower level of The Duke Shopping Centre—just follow the signs to the hotel elevators, and it’s very easy to find.

Good value hotel with nice breakfast.
Pros:

Location was great for visiting the area. Free parking just behind hotel.

Super Lage um Gozo zu erkunden.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Busbahnhof hinterm Haus, 200Meter zur Altstadt und zur Cittadella, eigeneTiefgarage im 4 Untergeschoß. Für Motorradfahrer ist die Tiefgarge nur zu empfehlen , wenn man sein Motorrad sehr gut beherscht, hauptsächlich bei schweren Maschinen, da kurvige steile Abfahrt nach unten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kleiner Park nebenan.

Perfectly central
Pros:

What a great find this hotel is. Right in the centre of Victoria, it makes the perfect base to explore the island by Bolt / Taxi. The room was lovely, and I enjoyed the view from the balcony at the top of the building. The staff even took the time to sing happy birthday to me while I was having breakfast and brought me out a cake with a candle - how good is that! Really friendly service with good advice on what to see locally.

Wonderful experience.
Pros:

Excellent location, great staff especially Sharlon advice of places to see very useful.

Good rooms and Greens deli market in basement is better than M&S in my opinion.

Lovely Gozo and The Citadel is incredible with 360* views.

Amazing hotel. Looks like it does in the photos
Pros:

The duke boutique hotel is a great hotel. It looks exactly like the pictures and the staff are so friendly and are happy to accommodate in any way they can.

Me and my partner booked the room with a jacuzzi and whilst we normally like to venture out away from hotels and explore we found that this holiday we ended up having a few restful days just on the terrace sun beds and dipping in and out of the jacuzzi all day. As a result we have come back home much more relaxed.

The breakfast selection isn’t the largest but what is there is tasty and I never left breakfast feeling hungry or wanting more.

There is also a great supermarket under the hotel that sells everything you could possibly need.

The location is very central to Gozo and taxis are cheap and quick to get anywhere on the island. We tried using uber once but the preferred app
Over the is “Bolt” and that actually worked out cheaper than Ubers.

Overall we loved the duke and if we ever find ourselves back in Victoria or Gozo we would stay there again

Nos gustó todo. Por decir algo, el bar podría estar mejor aprovechado pq es grande y con unas vistas bonitas.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and knowledgable Staff!
Pros:

The staff were super friendly! Sharon’s knowledge about the island was second to none. She gave so many good suggestions and knew the best ways to get to places. Everything that was recommended was amazing! I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great staff and amazing bed!
Pros:

Honestly, this is a fantastic hotel! I loved everything from the location to the bed and pillows! Great, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, and did I mention the bed? It was amazing! Good water pressure, big towels, yep. I loved it here!

Cons:

I loved the hotel. I will say it’s a little weird that it’s located in the mall but it doesn’t affect anything.

Again a perfekt stay
Pros:

Our second stay at this hotel was also perfect, from check-in to check-out. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, and an ideal location in the center of Victoria and the island.
We would certainly stay here again on our next visit.
