A place where enjoying the room is part of the travel!
Pros:

On arriving is a bit weird..going through the parking. Then going in the lift through the shopping center and offices… but when arriving at front desk is amazing. View to citadel is stunning and people are soooooo nice. The room and details are just perfect. Loved the demakeup towel, the jacuzzi and the haman. Breakfast is soberb!

Cons:

The parking is not easy. But having in mind the excel te location, it is not a problem. If you are not going by car, then there is nothing to complain.

Nieprzespana noc.
Pros:

Hotel położony przy głównej ulicy niedaleko starej części miasta.
Wchodzi się do centrum handlowego i wjeżdża windą .
Pracownik w recepcji był bardzo pomocny w zakresie propozycji zwiedzania miasta.

Cons:

Od hotelu oczekuję przede wszystkim możliwości wyspania się i to się nie udało.
Po wejściu do pokoju był zapach środków czystości i dlatego otworzyliśmy okna.
Nie udało nam się uruchomić klimatyzacji. Wyświetlany był komunikat ,ze jest zarządzana centralnie. Spanie przy otwartych oknach było niemożliwe ponieważ co 15 minut biją dzwony zegarowe. Było zbyt gorąco i duszno by spać.
Musiałem interweniować w środku nocy w recepcji. Recepcjonista zdalnie włączył klimatyzację. Nie uprzedzono nas ,że klimatyzacja nie uruchomi się jeśli były otwarte okna. Noc nieprzespana.

Tolles Hotel mit nettem Personal
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal waren schon um 12 Uhr da und konnten trotzdem schon einchecken. Hatten dann zuerst ein paar Tipps zu der Umgebung und Restaurants erhalten. Zimmer ist sehr schön und ruhig und enthält auch eine Klimaanlage. Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr vielfältig und lecker.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Duke Boutique Hotel and would return in a heartbeat—hopefully for much longer next time! We couldn’t believe the exceptional value for such a beautiful hotel with outstanding service. Check-in with Juni was seamless, and she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for exploring Gozo. Our Booking.com reservation included breakfast, which exceeded expectations with an excellent combination of made-to-order dishes and a generous buffet. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the heated towel rack was a thoughtful touch. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room overlooking the garden, which made for the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee. Our only regret is that we spent just one night in Gozo—we can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

One tip for future guests: the hotel entrance is accessed through the lower level of The Duke Shopping Centre—just follow the signs to the hotel elevators, and it’s very easy to find.

Super Lage um Gozo zu erkunden.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Busbahnhof hinterm Haus, 200Meter zur Altstadt und zur Cittadella, eigeneTiefgarage im 4 Untergeschoß. Für Motorradfahrer ist die Tiefgarge nur zu empfehlen , wenn man sein Motorrad sehr gut beherscht, hauptsächlich bei schweren Maschinen, da kurvige steile Abfahrt nach unten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kleiner Park nebenan.

Perfectly central
Pros:

What a great find this hotel is. Right in the centre of Victoria, it makes the perfect base to explore the island by Bolt / Taxi. The room was lovely, and I enjoyed the view from the balcony at the top of the building. The staff even took the time to sing happy birthday to me while I was having breakfast and brought me out a cake with a candle - how good is that! Really friendly service with good advice on what to see locally.

Wonderful experience.
Pros:

Excellent location, great staff especially Sharlon advice of places to see very useful.

Good rooms and Greens deli market in basement is better than M&S in my opinion.

Lovely Gozo and The Citadel is incredible with 360* views.
