Posizione e pulizia
Mancanza di attenzione ai "dettagli" nella camera : cassa forte non funzionante (ci hanno portata un'altra.... "mobile"... nel senso che si poteva prendere intera e portare via senza problemi). Mancavano le luci piccole da lettura....a richiesta le hanno messe, Il neon in bagno ci ha fatto impazzire con la luce "pulsata", finché ce l'hanno proprio fermato, con conseguente luce "buia" in bagno. Il mio accapattoio da bagno perfettamente lavato e protetto, ma senza cordone....
super buffet petit déjeuner, parfaitement placé dans le centre de Bucarest, clim. à part la réceptionniste, personnel très cordial.
réceptionniste qui a expédié notre check in et a oublié de nous transmettre des informations essentielles comme les horaires du petit déjeuner et du check out. Dommage parce que ses collègues du lendemain et du restaurant étaient beaucoup plus sympathiques. il faut utiliser la clé dans l'ascenseur, c'est donc indispensable d'en demander une seconde si le reste de la famille reste dans la chambre.

Amplasare excelentă, sejur plăcut
Poziționarea este ideală, chiar pe Calea Victoriei, aproape de Centrul Vechi, restaurante și atracții principale. Camerele sunt curate, iar personalul a fost extrem de amabil și saritor. Micul dejun a fost variat și proaspăt. Raport calitate-preț excelent, recomand cu drag pentru orice vizită în București!

The location
At check in we were told that at checkout we can store our baggage until the flight but when we asked to do that there was no remaining space and the receptionist didn’t really care. Luckily the security man came and helped us.
Muy céntrico y cómodo, personal muy amable
Realmente no cuentan con aparcamiento pese a ofertarlo o bien tienen muy pocas plazas, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no tenían aparcamiento libre, que teníamos que aparcar en la calle y pagar 10 € por el aparcamiento, creo que deberían avisarlo ya que el tener aparcamiento fue algo que nos hizo decantarnos inicialmente por este hotel.
La ubicación y el desayuno
Personal poco agradable y no muy resolutivo. Debe mejorar la limpieza en las habitaciones.
Хотелът е на чудесно място- до Стария град, на улица, която през уикенда става пешеходна. Сградата е стара, историческа и много красива. Пред хотела има прекрасен площад. Има доста парко места- без запазване. Рецепцията е денонощна. Хотелът разполага с ресторант, бар, чудесно кафене в близост.
Има нужда от леко реновиране на мебелите. Закуската е еднообразна- за 2 дни е ОК, но за повече е леко досадна. Сокът не е фреш, не се подновява към 9.30 което е свършило от сладкишите. Ако се паднете с голяма закусваща група ще трябва да изчакате.
מלון מרכזי קרוב להכל. הזמנו דירה עם חדר שינה גדול וחדר נוסף עם ספה מקרר ופינת קפה, חדר אמבטיה עם שירותים קצת צפוף, ושירותים נוספים ליד החדר הנוסף. ארוחת הבוקר מעולה במסעדה נעימה ושקטה, עם מוסיקת רקע, מבחר גדול של מזון וישיבה נוחה.
חדר אמבטיה צפוף, חלונות לא אטומים, רעש רכבים מהרחוב במהלך הלילה.
