We loved the location, bar and seating area also the breakfast was amazing, we would definitely stay here again.

It has a lovely Boutique Hotel vibe. The Elemis toiletries, the Nespresso machine, the face mask, earplugs etc in the room show that great thought is put into customer comfort.
The raised terrace is the perfect place for a drink with a view.
This is our third stay, which tells you all you need to know!
There is no place to get a glass of water. Even at breakfast, there is no water jug. We felt bad having to continually ask for water instead of just sorting ourselves out.
Parking in Llandudno is challenging so be aware, if you have any physical issues, you will be unlikely to get parking anywhere near the hotel. The lift if tiny and slow, which may also be a factor for some.

Bathrooms were not cleaned everyday even if it was requested.
The partnership with the alliance taxi - they are fraud . Asked for 1.5 times of cost while dropping and the driver was rude and racist.
Spacious room......very clean, friendly staff, excellent bed and great breakfast.

We had a great stay, good sized room with good presentation. Fan in room was greatly appreciated. We slept great!
Breakfast was beautiful
Only issue was a loud buzzing sound presuming from the kitchen in the morning which woke us early.

This is a funny thing my husband wasn't happy about the price of crisps £2.00 per bag. Price of breakfast too expensive. We only wanted a bacon and egg sandwich. But it was going to cost nearly £30.00 for 2 people. We can do better and we did. We loved the hotel in spite of this. It was no problem going elsewhere. Thank you.

This hotel is really good and accommodating for myself with my dog and my elderly parents, the staff are always friendly and on this occasion a staff member named Paul was really nice and helpful, which was appreciated 😊also the breakfast is fab, and varied,
Myself and my dog and parents have stayed here a number of times now, and the location is great, my parents had a lovely king size room and I stayed in the top balcony room, which although was very nice, I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of my room, as the balcony had a lot of dried bird poop on the black rail, and the carpet in my room was dirty,
Previously iv stayed in the lower balcony room which was much cleaner , sorry to say this , on this occasion
Location was excellent and staff were friendly
Pre booked travel cot wasn’t in our room and had to request it. Another guests pyjamas were still in our bedside table. Only one highchair in the hotel despite them knowing how many infants they had booked in for breakfast. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles, buffet not kept stocked, so queue of people waiting and had to ask for bowls & napkins as they had run out.
The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, smart, modern and well equipped.
The lad on nightshift was very polite and helpful.
The bar/ breakfast room area was comfortable and the terrace out front offered great views over the Pier and coast line.
Great location friendly welcome from the staff comfy bed lovely cooked breakfast Also nice sea view from the outside seating area.
No allocated parking nearby for hotel guests. The bathroom window frames were really dirty, but everything else spotless!
Location, view, modern decor, all the little extras in the bedroom, Elemis bath products, 11am checkout, and the bar.
