Comfy bed , very clean room
Price of the breakfast, far too expensive.
The hotel was in a good location to explore. The facilities seemed nice overall. The room was decent sized and had just about everything we needed. The bed was cozy, and we appreciated that there was both a desk and a sitting area. The coins for the arcade were a nice touch.
The bathroom wasn't clean and had mold and gunk in several places, both inside the shower and out. The bathroom floor was not clean in the corners, and the soap containers were covered in dust that I wiped off myself. The shower is very small - about the size of a cruise ship shower. The shower soap container was almost empty when we got there, and the toilet paper roll was more than halfway used, so the bathroom seemed like an afterthought. Our room was in the back of the hotel, so it was quiet, but seemed a bit forgotten back there.
Great location, close to pier but very quiet. Pleasant helpful staff, cute little single room, with attention to detail given to make it as light and airy as possible.
Convenient, close to the pier, wheelchair friendly, friendly staff (mostly), nice rooms with a sea view, clean rooms. Decent selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate in rooms.
Rooms not soundproofed - people upstairs moving around was very noisy be disturbed us a lot. No amenities such as robes, slippers, toothbrush etc. Did not have disabled aids ready when we arrived, despite us emailing in advance and the hotel confirming they were available.
Good fresh breakfast
Staff were incredibly helpful throughout the whole booking and stay. I took my elderly mum and they were so accommodating and supportive. Location was ideal and parking proved easier than I expected at the peak of the high season.
Room was a little small...but modern, clean and had everything needed and at the price point still far better than expected.

I paid 390 for 2 night in a room I booked January got a smaller room and bed they said they booked that room when I booked it told them just a load of excuses will not be going back ps booked it for . 40th wedding anniversary
Nothing i was just pissed of paid all that money 4 nothing paid 4 room 203 and got 205 not the same rooms
The staff were wonderful, the room was very nice, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was unbeatable, excellent buffet and also a cooked breakfast made fresh. And the property is fully accessible, there's a ramp up to the front, full marks for bothering. There's a kettle in the room, the bathroom was good, and even though it was a small single room it didn't feel cramped, it had a good desk, and actual sockets (including USB) by the bed.
The wifi just flat out didn't reach the third floor. When I complained, they gave me access to the staff wifi, which just barely reached sometimes. If you can manage on your phone, fine, but that's not enough for me, and this just didn't work. The other downside is that the Belmont, while charming in itself, is at the tacky end of Llandudno beach, near the pier.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.
some lovely little touches like the eye mask, ear plugs, shower cap, bath safety mat, elemis products, coppers for slot machines, binoculars. suggest that as there is a mini fridge in the room that a small carton of milk could be provided instead of the sachets which are never enough.
unfortunately there was a layer of dust on the coffee machine, kettle and phone which was very noticable. this lead to us looking closer and top of the tv and top of headboard plus bin in bathroom also covered in dust. the carpets in the two rooms we had 303 and 305 were very worn and shoddy.
Beautiful location and hotel. Perfectly located over the road from the pier. The entrance to the hotel is very nice too. Booked in on tablet and staff behind bar if you need anything.
The cleanliness of the shower room wasn't great. The shower could of done with a good scrub. The bed was very uncomfortable too. I didn't sleep very well. Very lumpy and you could see the dips in the sheets where the mattress sunk.
