Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location with lovely view from terrace.very comfortable room. Nice bathroom with great shower.

2nd night woke up 4am to family taking an laughing, not sound proofed , floor boards all creak along the landings passing everyone's door

Stayed in a room with a balcony stunning views room was on smaller side but very nice it had a smart tv with youtube etc which some hotels dont great price breakfast was good a great experiance
It's in a great location which made our annual trip to Llandudno even more enjoyable. We'll be booking this hotel again next year.
One of the three rooms we had was much smaller than the others which made it more cramped/less value for money considering they all cost the same.
We didn't ask for sea views so the windows faced onto a derelict building which was not very appealing, but since we spent most of our time away from the hotel it didn't bother us. Staying a week there you'd be better off to book a sea view room.

Modern and contemporary
Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely room with fabulous view. Our grandson loved the binoculars and the bag of 2p for the pier machine. Perfect location.
Stayed here before especially to the room 204 will be booking it again next year lovely place to relax brecfast is lovely everything catered for and you couldn’t ask for a better location.
