Too short wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

Location, breakfast set up was great. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing we'll be back next time. Just a great stay. Made better by the great attitude if the staff

Friendly staff, clean place.
Pros:

Really friendly check in staff.
Self check in really handy.
Young lad working was really helpful. Lots of advice on area and places to eat.
Really clean bedroom.

Cons:

Breakfast area all stocked up with cleaning materials , hoover etc.
walls are thin so could hear other guests chatting.

Lovely hotel situated by the pier and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance
Pros:

Great location and excellent staff at this modernised boutique hotel

Cons:

There is no car park but the staff told us about the street parking rules in the area and we were able to park up by the tramway station

We were warmly welcomed as always . Had a lovely nights stay and throughly enjoyed the breakfast on the morning .
Pros:

It’s in an excellent location, nice and quiet , well decorated and spotlessly clean. Amazing breakfast.

Cons:

Booking.com and The Belmont Hotel have totally ignored my emails regarding my room and a refund so please view photos of the state of the chairs we were expected to sit in and make your own mind up.
We left after ten minutes after a conversion with a very unhelpful staff member and checked into somewhere cleaner.

Booked a "king " room and got a queen. Filthy window so even though we had a sea view it was marred.

Location was good. View was brilliant. I suppose that is what you pay for.

Cons:

But think the hotel needs to look at the small details. Carpet in room was dirty and the room was very small, the bed was very uncomfortable both woke up with bad backs, to expensive for what you get not good value for the money.

Breakfast was superb, bar area was ideal, outside area had a great view and was comfortable. Bar was well stocked. Room was clean, bathroom was good.

Cons:

Nothing was not liked - if looking for improvement feedback to become even better, the lift is in need of a bit of tlc/replacement.

My 70th Birthday Weekend 😍 👌
Pros:

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful to my family and I throughout our stay. . Especially a particular young lady who was fabulous. She came to my room 204 to sort my heating out. She made me feel extremely comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble 100%.

Nothing, even the weather behaved.
