Great Location, very good breakfast, lovely room and helpful staff
Every thing was fine.
Helpful friendly staff..the room as always was spotlessly clean and everything in the room that you could possibly need and more...the view from the private balcony is amazing

My boutique room said bath and shower which I specifically searched for when arriving it only had a small shower 😢The rooms are beautiful but the carpets are dirty

The rooms we chose no sea view our choice but very small and the rear of the hotel view is not great also the lift does not facilitate a disabled person in wheelchair really struggled
Great location, clean spacious bedroom with fab sea view, lovely breakfast.
Our window was really dirty which spoilt the beautiful view of the beach, as it was not easy to see through it. The downstairs area is really cold as the door is open and there’s a real draft, the dining area is also cold on a morning, I have to put a jumper on for breakfast. The selection of fresh fruit always runs out as there is a small amount that is put out and as I don’t eat a cooked breakfast this is all I have. I find that charging £15 each night for a dog is a bit too expensive, I think a one off fee for your dog would be better, but if you’re staying 3 nights, that’s £45!

Breakfast very good, but felt the staff were overly watchful.
Bedroom on second floor. I can't deal with heights so I felt very uncomfortable all the time of my stay. Not all that was advertised in your room. Slippers, dressing gown etc.
Starting to need a deep clean especially around the shower and bathroom
No handrails on bath and shower was very dangerous lift was slow and making some noises as if it was going stop
