Goede ligging, vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

De netheid, de ligging, de stilte, het personeel.

Cons:

Er was slechts 3 stuks eetgerei aanwezig. 3 messen, 3 vorken, 3 borden, kopjes, glazen etc…
Er was wel een vaatwasser maar die raakte nooit vol door het tekort aan bestek etc. .

De late inchecktijd vond ik ook een minpunt. Terwijl gasten die later dan wij aankwamen en onmiddellijk naar de kamer konden, moesten wij 15€ extra betalen om een halfuur vroeger te kunnen inchecken.
De foto’s stelden de kamer veel groter voor dan ze in werkelijkheid was en bovendien geen terrasje had zoals aangegeven.

All in all our stay was very pleasant and for the price we had I would recommend it
Pros:

The rooms were large and nicely lit. Those working at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. We were also glad to be able to use the free luggage storage. The location worked for us even though were we not right in the center. Traveling by public transportation went smoothly from here.

Cons:

The cupboard doors were difficult to open and close - some of them simply being broken or lacking necessary elements. There was a buzzing noise coming I think from something in the bathroom, but I don't know what. The hairdryer kept turning off on me when I used it, so it may need to be replaced.

It was great. Very clean and comfortable. The metro and shopping are close.

An "extraordinary experience"
Pros:

We recently stayed at Biz Apartment Hammarby Sjöstad during our holiday in Stockholm. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are several areas where improvements could enhance the guest experience.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, although it is not as conveniently located as expected, requiring approximately a 15-minute walk from the nearest tram station and bus stop. First-time visitors may also find it slightly difficult to locate.

The room itself was rather compact for two adults travelling with large luggage. However, the bed and bedding were excellent and comfortable. WiFi was stable throughout our stay, and the bathroom had good water pressure and lighting.

One surprising aspect was the hotel’s policy regarding housekeeping and towel/linen replacement. During our stay, guests were informed that towels and bed linen would only be changed after every 7 days, with additional charges applied for replacement requests. This was quite unusual compared with our previous experiences in the hospitality industry.

Breakfast was adequate but relatively expensive for a standard continental spread.

Overall, the property may suit travellers seeking a quieter residential environment, but guests who prefer larger rooms, easier accessibility and more traditional hotel service standards may wish to consider other options.

Definitely recommend, very comfortable and friendly establishment.
Pros:

Although not centre city, the hotel was easily found by train and tram. Staff were wonderful and I can testify to wonderful washing machines and dryers in the laundry room!! Very comfortable beds and large sized room. Breakfast bags were great too.

Pokój był naprawdę bardzo czysty, obsługa była pomocna, a recepcja była czynna całą noc. Sam hotel jest położony w cichej ulicy i z dala od turystycznych miejsc, więc można poczuć atmosferę "prawdziwego" a nie turystycznego Sztokholmu.

Cons:

W pokoju znajdowały się czajnik i ekspres przelewowy do kawy, ale wyposażenie nie zawierało ani jednej paczki herbaty lub kawy, co byłoby miłym dodatkiem.

Excellent mise à part l’insonorisation
Pros:

L’appartement est équipé à neuf la cuisine également et la literie est très agréable

Cons:

Le seul bémol est l’insonorisation des planchers. Il serait judicieux de mettre des moquettes. Les meubles déplacés dans la chambre du dessus était horriblement dérangeante de 10 heures à minuit 🙁. C’est dommage.
