Price performance best hotel
Pros:

Perfect location, 5 min to astronomical tower and in centre of old town. Room was clean, staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

Reception only start to work from 9 am, so we arrived early but stayed a bit in near starbucks until 9

We got absolitly robed by rhe suggest3d parkeng. 2 motorbikes in one space for 2 nights - 3000 ck. We allmost refused ro pay 😪😪😪

Good value for money
Pros:

Location! Is at the heart of old town.

Cons:

Public areas were not clean.
The hotel advertises as a spa hotel, but there isn’t any spa.
Breakfast was very poor. Felt like 20 years back in Eastern Europe.
The reception staff were neither rude nor polite. I would say they have zero customer service experience and don’t even know what that is.

Overall, I was surprised to stay in the heart of Prague, in a hotel that was glowing some 20 years ago and is now treated as no-star accommodation.

No welcoming water in the room.
No kettle.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkt in der Prager Altstadt und nur 3 Minuten von der Karlsbrücke entfernt.

Cons:

Es gab über drei Tage kein Roomservice. Bzw. Wurde lediglich der Müll entsorgt. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht und das Bad wurde nicht gereinigt. Das Mobiliar ist mehr schein als sein, sieht auf den Fotos hochwertiger aus.
