The reception desk for the 3 buildings is located at Maison du Dauphin 10 Place Pierre Berthelot, 14600 HONFLEUR.

Before parking, you are invited to go to la Maison du Dauphin to leave your luggage. The hotel does not have private parking.

Pros:

Cela mérite un mot d'explication, très bonne note pour l'hôtel mais l'environnement suite aux travaux de stabilisation de certains immeubles est très compliqué, bien sûr l'hôtel n'y est pour rien, mais il aurait fallu prévenir lors de la réservation que l'accès tenait plus du parcours du combattant que de la ballade romantique...sans compter les bruits de chantier à partir de 7hr du matin qui obligent à fermer vos fenêtres...
Donc 9/10 pour l'hôtel et son personnel et 5/10 pour l'environnement !
Vu que la situation dure depuis plusieurs mois, boocking est en devoir de prévenir ses clients, ce qu'il ne fait pas donc un 0/10 pour boocking...

Faites confiance la ville , ne soyez pas freins par les travaux, Honfleur reste magique 👌

La flexibilité du Staff quand demande de Clés supplémentaires et drap pour l'autre lit et bien sur les MACARONS QUEL DELICE !!!!! le cot festif de la ville pendant la fête des marins, super sympa de la musique partout et des processions la fois émouvantes et fun. Le vintage toujours aussi fun et the place to be !

Cons:

Vraiment des petits détails mais par exemple plus de verre à pied pour pouvoir prendre un verre avant le restau...et le nombre de drap de Bain. Honfleur est actuellement en travaux sur le grand bassin mais cela n'empêche en rien le plaisir de la ville mais justement fait découvrir d'autres endroits pour prendre un verre diner etc , il faut pousser le sportes des restaurant dans la ville, ne pas rester bloquer sur le grand bassin. Accueil toujours au rendez-vous , explorez !!!

Pros:

La posizione comoda a visitare tutto il paese,che risulta molto bello.

Cons:

Purtroppo a causa di lavori in corso l'accesso alla struttura è stato molto difficile mancando anche la segnaletica per meglio comprendere la deviazione.
Nelle camere non c'era l'aria condizionata. L'accesso alle camere con scale ripide è stato poco confortevole

La proximité des commerces la superficie de la chambre
La proximité des plages et du port

Cons:

La baignoire dangereuse qui glisse ( risque de chute) les escaliers pour accéder à la chambre qui inquiètent en cas de feu ou autre urgence qui obligerait aux pompiers de venir
L eau mise à disposition pas fraîche
Nous avons dû faire 5 kilomètres à pieds avec les bagages car parking tous remplis nous aurions apprécié une petite compensation car informés après réservation

Leuk hotel in het centrum. Redelijk comfortabel met de te verwachten minpuntjes van een oud gebouw.
Pros:

De kamer was netjes gerenoveerd en schoon. Het bed is nieuw en comfortabel. Een lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

De kamer was op zolder, dus twee nauwe trappen omhoog. De receptioniste heeft ons geholpen onze koffers naar boven te brengen. Het was warm en dan is alleen een ventilator niet veel hulp. Parkeren is een issue. Wij konden op 600 m afstand gratis parkeren, maar er is nauwelijks een stoep en de weg is grotendeels met stenen geplaveid, dus een rolkoffer heeft niet veel nut.

Parfait pour un séjour à Honfleur !
Pros:

L'emplacement parfait, la gentillesse et les conseils du personnel, ainsi que le grand lit double très confortable !

Cons:

Les travaux dans la ville, mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien ! Nous avons même reçu de très bons conseils pour le stationnement !

Excellent Stay! Front desk, responsible and helpful!
Pros:

The location is excellent—close to everything and very convenient. The room was a little smaller than we expected, but it was comfortable for our stay. There was construction taking place in front of the hotel during our visit, so we had to use an alternate entrance. The streets in the area are cobblestoned, so guests traveling with large or heavy luggage should be prepared.

The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s convenient location and hospitality.

Fantastic location in the heart of Honfleur, great rooms.

Cons:

As the main entey point was all closed dur to works going on in the square, We had the option of taking the car in via a side street to drop off the luggage had we been told and as we had a small child it really would have made things very easy. However we couldnt easily find the entrance to the hotel and we had a long walk around, thst was very frustrating as it was a very hot day. Not good service here in terms of instructions. We used the street to load bags into the car at the end of the trip which was very helpful.

Spoilt by a lack of access by foot information.
Pros:

Pretty & clean.

Cons:

Spiral staircase to access upper floors - it is difficult when transporting cases, not recommended for elderly or infirm people.
Direct access to the property is not possible owing to roadworks. We had to take a significant detour, which was made significantly worse by not having a map provided by the hotel. It was an additional 15-20 minute walk, made worse by having to pull heavy cases over cobblestones. To add insult to injury, we later found a shorter access route to the central quay, again the hotel could have supplied a map. Ironically, they provided a good map for the two nearby car parks. It’s a shame as is ruined what would have otherwise been an enjoyable stay.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. En plein centre d'Honfleur.

Cons:

Il y avait des bâtiments qui risquaient de s'écrouler près de l'hôtel, du coup, nous devions faire un détour pour pouvoir rejoindre la place Ste Catherine. Pour ce qui est du parking, il était assez difficile de trouver une place. Les parkings sont assez loin de l'hôtel.

Pros:

It would have been a perfect location without all of the street closures around the hotel

Cons:

It was a hassle to get to the hotel with all the closures. Parking was not free as stated. The spots offered on the booking were full the entire time we were there. They did not offer any assistance besides offering the pay lot.

L'accès à l'hôtel est catastrophique et aucune info reçue de l'hôtel. Nous avons dû marcher 2 km à pied pour contourner le chantier. Alors que nous aurions pu recevoir des infos d'accès par mail et surtout autour de l'hôtel sur les barrières du chantier
