honfleur è una chicca...la colazione di buona qualità e personale molto gentile
scomodissima da arrivare con le valigie perché stanno facendo lavori sulla piastra dove è l hotel...parcheggi a 7 minuti a piedi e l hotel non ha neppure l ascensore

Das Hotel ist an einer sehr guten Lage mitten in Honfleur. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Stimmung ist sehr familiär und sehr positiv. Vor der Anreise wurde uns sogar auf die Combox gesprochen, weil es aufgrund von Sperrungen zu Scnwierigkeiten bei der Anreise hätte kommen können.
Der WLAN-Empfang ist optimierungswürdig.
La ubicación
Por motivo de las obras hay que andar un buen rato cargado con las maletas, no hay indicación adicional en las calles para llegar de manera rápida al hotel a la llegada. No dispone de ascensor y las escaleras son estrechas para subir con el equipaje.

Aardig personeel
Ontbijt was matig.
Onze kamer zat in een bijgebouw. We zaten helemaal bovenin. Ik denk dat het gisteren zo’n 17 graden was maar de kamer was al bloedheet. Geen airco. Raam kon open nadeel geen horen. Waardoor we de nacht zijn vergezeld door muggen. Ook zat de douche kop vol kalk waardoor deze in midden gebarsten was en het water door de barsten naar buitenkwam ipv door de sproeikop zelf. Raar dat een housekeeping dit niet opmerkt. Want aan de aanslag te zien was dit al even kapot. (Bij uitchecken gemeld bij receptie hopelijk pakken ze het op)

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
Staff were very nice.
Unfortunately, some construction work blocks easy access to the Square outside the church, which meant a long walk.
I know this is not the hotel‘s fault, but it might be worth checking when the scaffolding will be removed and access will be reinstated
Fue perfecto, moderno dentro sin alfombras , los alérgicos agradecemos , cama Hiper confortable , 4 almohadas . Tetera :-) hacía frío fuera y la temperatura de la habitación perfecta, todo tan limpio que me bañé . El banjo está separado . Recepción Angeles de muy buen humor y desayuno maravilloso. Además la mejor localización. Volvería mañana mismo . MIL GRACIAS POR EL CARIÑO
It was calm and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. And the bathroom stylish and easy to use. I have some mobility issues and was allocated a disabled room and the shower was very easy to use...though could perhaps benefit from extra hand holds.
The staff were warm and helpful. I had trouble with locking my door and they arrived immediately to help and didn't make me feel stupid.
And breakfast was excellent... included a hot offering and good value.
Because it was a disabled room it was located up an alleyway and my view, in Honfleur, was a brick wall from the only small window. This window also had no blind so other guests and staff walking past could look in and see me in bed. Yikes.. Also being on the ground floor I could not leave the window open at night.
Absolutely not the hotel's fault but due to the road closures following the collapse of buildings on the harbour although my driver dropped me at the bottom of the road it took me 25 minutes to walk (uphill) and then down carrying my luggage to reach reception. I had been sent instructions but the municipal signage guided me the wrong way.
