Viskas patiko. Visada jei važiuoju į Palangą, būtent šiame viešbutyje apsistoju
Nuostabi lokacija, labai patogu apsistojant su mažais vaikais,nes viskas šalia,esi pačiame centre.
Praėjus beveik 4 valandoms po išsiregistravimo sulaukiau skambučio,jog tvarkytoja pasigedo dviejų chalatų. Tikrai žinau,kad juos palikome kaboti vonioje ant pakabos. Viską supasakojau administratorei. Skambinau pakartotinai pasiteirauti ar jie atsirado, ar tvarkytoja patikrino, bet niekas nieko nerado/nematė. Žinoma, administratorė pasitikėjo mano žodžiu, bendravo maloniai ir nekaltinančiai, bet pats situacijos faktas labai nuvylė ir,tiesą sakant,supykdė.
Buvome apsistoję tris dienas, tad šiek tiek nuvylė pasikartojantis pusryčių meniu.
Decent hotel with convenient location. Located basically in the town center & close to the sea.
All staff was friendly and helpful. Reception staff was resourceful, polite and proactive, while housing personel is really passionate, intuitive and cheerful. Exceptional gratitude to receptionist Julijana. Hotel staff kindly checked us in a bit earlier as we arrived faster than planned.
Breakfast was sufficient and had variety of meals for vegans and gluten free breads, vegetables & fruits. Breakfast is located in restaurant and due to limited space & equal distribution of volume, you have to take the coupon from the reception for the next morning breakfast & specify the time of your breakfast, which is not an issue for people that use time management.
Pillows are OK. There are 2 sleeping pillows for each adult - one is harder, quite high & tighter, while the second one is softer, - those, who like to sleep on not quite high pillows like me, can use the softer pillow.
Walls in C block seem like made of cardboard. Zero sound isolation. You can hear everything from voice in your neighbors phone during call, sounds from game playing & social networking reels to whispers or neighbor breathing during sleep.
Bear in mind: Hotel is PET FRIENDLY. If you are fortunate enough to have a neighbor with a dog that keeps sadly barking at every sound while being left in the room by the owner for quite a while, - it is advised to reach out to reception. If you are not willing to live next to a barking dog, ensure you outline it during your booking.
