Good size room and nice location for accessing coastal nature reserves.
No bed side lamps so it was either sit with the bright light or pitch black
Location of hotel was great.
Staff were not very helpful or welcoming.
Breakfast was very poor.
Breakfast was very good falue for the price All the staff were very freindly.
We were happy with what we recevied.
Everything the property was wonderful
Food was amazing
Lovely and clean
The only issue was we was woken up by a man in a delivery van at 6am who seemed to be collecting large pieces of mixed recycling he was very loud and was discussing what he got up to the night before whilst dragging heavy wood boards which woke us up at 6am on a Saturday morning
Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was prima. De locatie was top!
Het was erg warm in het hotel en helaas was er geen koelkastje aanwezig in de kamers, terwijl dat er bij het boeken wel bij stond
I thought the staff were lovely.Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The different areas to sit and eat in were nice.We had great weather so the outside space was perfect.
A lot of banging doors from outside ( Room 15) Very hot weekend meant I had to have windows open - Monday morning very strong smell of landfill next door( nothing hotel can do about this) Better quality of tea/coffee and toiletrys would make rooms 'special'.
Spacious room and bed was extremely comfortable. We payed for an upgrade and ground floor room. Fridge, fan and ironing provisions in the room.
Views were lovely and the outside area was perfect for a sunny day. Would happily come back again.
The venue itself is stunning. The location is beautiful and the hotel itself has so much potential.
The rooms are dated, stuffy and do not suit the aesthetic of the rest of the hotel at all. Cheap fans in the wardrobe and tired looking interior. We didn’t sleep a wink due to a busy car park and a ridiculously hot room. Some serious upgrades need to be looked at in regards to the accommodation side of the hotel. Such a shame.
Lovely hotel, very clean and the staff were helpful and polite. Very nice food. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I would recommend it.
Nothing at all.
