Comunicazione col personale, L' hotel è rimasto senza acqua e non ha nemmeno avvisato i clienti dell' inconveniente, e non ha nemmeno comunicato di non bere quella poca acqua non potabile che usciva dai rubinetti.
Alla fine un soggiorno da incubo con temperature altissime e senza la possibilità di fare una doccia.
Per uscire sulla terrazza erano presenti due puntelli telescopici non segnalati nemmeno con il nastro segnaletico, (vedere le foto) questo anche su altre camere che davano sullo stesso terrazzo.

Hotel jest umiejscowiony przy głównej drodze, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokój duży i czysty! Śniadanie bardzo smaczne! W hotelu znajduje się restauracja co jest przydatne po całodniowej podróży. Największym zaskoczeniem było dla mnie to gdy pan w recepcji mówi do nas aby zaparkować sobie motocykle z tyłu hotelu bo tam jest specjalnie wydzielone miejsce dla motocykli. Parking był świetny, zadaszony na podłożu asfalt a motocykli nie było widać z głównej drogi. Polecam 😊

Pros:

La posizione è facile da raggiungere ed è comoda per andare alle terme. Il personale è gentile. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Comodo e buono il ristorante all'interno, sia la pizza che il resto erano molto buoni.

Cons:

La camera è stata rinnovata ma non il bagno che è un po' vecchiotto. La colazione era buona ma non buonissima, nonostante mostrino le immagini delle crepe fatte al momento, in realtà non le fanno. Subito prima dell'ingresso si radunano le persone a fumare e per chi non è fumatore e per i bambini è fastidioso entrare ed uscire.
