Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, limpio, las áreas comunes están bien y queda muuy cerca al parque del café, se puede ir caminando, además, el servicio de restaurante es bueno y rápido. Volvería a visitarlo seguramente.

Nos dieron una habitación y no funcionaba el TV así es que pedí un cambio, pero la segunda olía horrible así es que solicité una tercera aun cuando no tuviese TV o regresar a la primera, pero nos dieron una tercera. Ésta olía bien y tenía TV, pero al prender el TV comenzó a salir olor a quemado que imaginamos provenía desde fuera, sin embargo, advertimos que emanaba humo desde la parte posterior del TV.....nos asustamos mucho!!!!. Obviamente pedimos cambio de habitación...finalmente regresamos a la que nos habían asignado al comienzo.
En general el lugar no estaba en condiciones para recibir huéspedes, se veía mucho deterioro y maestros trabajando, la verdad deberían haber esperado a que todo esté en condiciones para recibir huéspedes.
En un complejo con muchísimas habitaciones, cuestión que no adevertí a través de Booking pues de otra manera no reservo ahí, tal vez más adecuado para vacaciones familiares que para un viaje en pareja.

El desayuno excelente. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con mobiliario moderno y bien equipadas. Aptas para una estancia en familia

La habitación que me correspondió olía a humedad, pienso que le falta una mejor ventilación. Igualmente los cajones y los armarios tenían también ese olor.

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio. Todos son muy amables. El ambiente es familiar, ideal para niños. El desayuno bufet es muy bueno.

Hice una reserva y fui clara en preguntar si las instalaciones estaban bien despues del terremoto y nos dijeron que si, pero faltando un día para la llegada y después de tener el viaje listo, nos escribieron que no había servicio de piscina, ni jacuzzi, ni de bar ni de nada por el terremoto!!!!! ya cuando estábamos a punto de viajar !!! es decir eso es mala intención y por lo tanto no son confiables

Muy buen hotel calidad/precio para disfrutar del eje cafetero
Pros:

Las zonas comunes muy buenas, sobre todo el jacuzzi climatizado exterior. Con familia es el alojamiento perfecto.
El personal muy agradable (Andrés entre otros) y muy pendientes.
