We have visited the Residence Inn Navy Yard hotel many times in the past two years for business, and because we have numerous rooms and requests, we find the staff at Residence Inn to to be professional, efficient and more than accommodating in making sure our needs and requests are met.
We did have some problems the first time we visited but found Ms Gana and Mr Hasan, and their staff, were able to solve the problems and now its like clockwork when we show up.

I would highly recommend this hotel because it’s in a great location where you aren’t far away from the Capital Grounds but also close to the baseball and soccer stadiums to watch games! The rooms are really nice and love that they are very spacious! Noise level isn’t as bad as I thought even with being right next to the baseball stadium and the bars right around the corner so that’s a plus in my book! Atmosphere is very family friendly!
Also Angelina and Mary have been great with service and very accommodating to the needs of myself and other guest!

What a great location!!! My family and I enjoyed the weekend and loved the walkability or maybe a scooter ride or two. Will be back for sure

I’ve stayed here two separate times in the past few months for business and have enjoyed each stay. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional, to include the valet staff, front desk staff, breakfast staff, and housekeeping staff.

I had a minor maintenance issue with my room midway through my stay, and upon informing Angelina (front desk) of this, within minutes she had a maintenance engineer at my door taking care of the issue. Much appreciated.

The location is great — walking distance to multiple bars, restaurants, grocery stores, metro station, and the Navy Yard pier (beautiful walk). Nats Stadium is a half block away, so another great perk if you plan on catching a game.

All in all, this is a great Residence Inn.

The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The food was fresh and there was plenty of seating.

Hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3.

I want to take this time to Thank this Marriott team for all the help and attention to detail they showed while dropping our daughter off for college. After a 34 hour drive from AZ Matthew and Angelo stepped up and made sure our stay was remarkable to be honest I do not plan on staying anywhere else when I come to visit my daughter in the future at college

We were looking for a hotel in downtown DC and had driven to 3 other hotels. We finally found this one and it was fantastic! It was beautiful and new and quiet! The breakfast was so great! We really appreciated our stay. We only wish there was better parking, ended up having to pay for a very expensive valet parking.

This hotel is very nice and the customer service is top-notch! My room was very comfortable and felt brand new. The only downside is there is no bar or restaurant. But there are many options very close by. I will stay here again for sure!

Great location, easy walk to Nats stadium and lots of dining/entertainment options.

Location was perfect for exploring the city and attending a baseball game. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and room was clean. The free breakfast was nice and enjoyed they offered turkey sausage and cage-free eggs.
Our only negative was the air vents in the room were very dirty and need cleaned. Other than that, wonderful stay. Thank you.
