Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and Google Translate save the day! The rooms are clean and the food on the fifth floor open Terrace is wonderful. We will definitely stay again.

Doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of the city
Pros:

Just stayed one night while passing through the city but it was a great place. Standard hotel room but with a great view of the trees outside. Easy walking to restaurants and a great local brewery just a few blocks away.

Nice hotel in a cozy and vivid neighborhood
Pros:

Nice and calm location that still had lots of cafés, reataurants and bars around, I really liked the atmosphere in Belén. The hotel is simple but good, the roof terrace is beautiful and also the breakfast menu was really nice.

Night guy a sweetheart. Daytime lady cranky. The rooftop lounge and ladies up there —awesome. But the room furniture broken was gross… a window was completely loose…. HOT SHOWER WATER SCALDING… **** NO COLD WATER!!!….But the bed was comfortable. Great location. Overall B minus. But again night reception man very kind.

Simple, clean, pleasant hotel
Pros:

This is a very clean and well kept hotel. I picked it in large part because of its convenient location to the University of Medellin where I was attending the conference.

Accommodations are simple, but a few nice features like room views over a park-like green corridor and a fifth floor terrace for breakfast and evening drinks that has nice views over Medellin. Also, several very good restaurants just a few minute’s walk away.

Downsides: The hotel location is a little noisy, and my room was begging for one or two more strategically placed lights that would have been really helpful. Unlike past reviewers I always had ample hot shower water — although, curiously, the hotel didn’t bother to hook up hot water to the bathroom sink. Staff were helpful, but not particularly good-humored.

Pros:

Customer service was excellent. We always felt safe. The area where the hotel is located is very nice, calm and safe. The AC is not too strong but the weather helped and keeping the windows open though the night helps as well. Every day we left them clean our room and it was an excellent service. They are working on offering breakfast in house.
