VERY BAD
Pros:

The location is good but they have the worst staff ever!

Cons:

THE STAFF, first of all i stayed in the hotel using my money the staff was not friendly at all and they treat people like shit . I actually forgot something at the hotel and they informed me it will be in the reception. I sent someone to pick it up and it was not there and that someone was on hurry! And when i called them they gave me silly excuses and informed me to call in advance to make it ready meanwhile i already called one day before and informed them!

Pros:

On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent and well-prepared, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

Cons:

The room itself was acceptable; however, it did not meet the expectations of a superior room. The only noticeable difference compared to a standard room was the floor level, which is not sufficient to justify the upgrade.
In addition, the amenities were incomplete. There was only one toothbrush provided and no toothpaste at all. For a 5-star hotel, such basic items should be fully available and adequately stocked.
Furthermore, there was a party held at the hotel during the night, and the noise level was extremely high. As we had planned this stay to relax over the weekend, this significantly affected our experience.

اغلب الفندق اطفال وازعاج وحوض السباحه ما قدرت اسبح فيه من كثر الاطفال وكان مزدحم جداً
