Great Location. Decent Hotel.
Pros:

Just stayed at Nagano Tokyu REI Hotel with my family for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its fantastic location, situated right across from Nagano Station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Whether arriving by train or heading out for day trips, the location simply couldn't be better.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards. The bathroom was a little compact, but still perfectly manageable for a short stay. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything was well maintained.

The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Breakfast was predominantly Japanese in style and, unfortunately, there were very limited options for vegetarians. This was the only area where the hotel could improve, especially for international guests with dietary preferences.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a prime location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. I would happily stay here again when visiting Nagano.

Pros:

Check in was fast and efficient. He upgraded our room. The hotel had quality black tea in their "help yourself to extras". There was an English language bus map to the city's main temple.

眺めよし清潔でとても良かった。

荷物だけ預かって欲しいと思って行ったがチェックインの１時間前にお掃除が終わっていてチェックインができた。
