I booked this hotel for a vacation with my partner based on the Booking.com listing, which gave no indication of the property's true nature. Unfortunately, we discovered after checking in that the hotel appears to operate primarily as an hourly-rate venue. We personally observed what appeared to be sex workers using other rooms, heard constant noise associated with that activity, and the corridors and room had a very unpleasant odor of cigarettes, bodily fluids, and strong cleaning products.

When I raised my concerns, the receptionist did not dispute them and indicated that this was how the property normally operates.

Had this information been disclosed in the listing, I would never have booked this hotel. We left only a few hours after checking in, losing the vacation we had planned.

My main concern is the lack of transparency. Whatever the property's business model may be, guests deserve accurate information before making a booking. I cannot recommend this property to couples or families.
Unfortunately, Booking customer service did not address my repeatedly sent messages requesting a refund for the stay.

My personal recommendation - stay away!

מקום שקורא לעצמו בית מלון ומרגיש כמו אכסניה, מזרון קשה ולא נוח, בזמן שמתקלחים נצבר מלא מים מחוץ למקלחת וצריך לגרוף אותם שלא יגיעו לחדר, ה"מלון" ממוקם ליד אולם אירועים ובאותו יום הייתה חתונה, אלו דברים שצריכים להיות מצויינים באתר. אנחנו לא צריכים להגיע ולסבול ממוזיקה רועשת, תמורה נמוכה מאוד למחיר הגבוה, שיהיה בהצלחה

קודם כל החדר הסריח ברמות מסיגריות פשוט מחניק! ואחת שמעשנת בעצמי נחנקתי שם!!! העל ספוג בסיגריות מצעים, כריות הכל!!! ארוחת בוקר- החביתה אי אפשר לקרוא לזה חביתה בכלל… הטוסט היה סבבה.

When we arrive the hostess was smoking inside the ing. Buildings were not very appealing The first room we received a smell of cigarettes smoke so we asked to change. They showed us three rooms. Only one of them didn't have the smell, but upon entering a room and looking at the bed we found hair between the sheets pubes hair, long hair. The bathroom was not clean. It was no soap and the room was much smaller than the pictures for the price that we paid and was way overpriced. This should be less than $70 a night. This is now worth $200

לא אההתי את האוירה, ריח נוראי נמסדרון ובחדר.דחיסות, גם השרות לא מזהיר..הייתה הרגשה של חוסר נקיון.בחדרלא היו דברים אלמנטרים, כמו סבון ידים מגבות קטנות מתלים במקלחת , הכל מוצף שמתרחצים ועוד.האמת שמאוד התאכזבנו מהמלון..במזל שהינו רק לילה אחד..
