Très bonne expérience de cet hôtel, accueil extrêmement agréable, délicatesse, gentillesse, sourires, dialogue facile en anglais.Chambre et literie et salle de bain très bien.Piscine très agréable.Emplacement idéal pour séjour bref et proximité de l'aéroport car il nous a permis de découvrir à pied le quartier commerçant, le temple, le quai sur la rivière et le night market. Aéroport à 20 mns en taxi.

Hotel is klein maar ziet er keurig uit.
Misten iets meer gastvrijheid, zijn we gewend in thailand. En jammer dat er al zo vroeg niets meer te doen is. Ook vaak eten of drankjes niet beschikbaar dus minder keus.
Really nice hotel, nice staff and good breakfast
The price for the laundry is a bit expensive (40 CAD for 3kg of clothes)
It is a bit far from the nain attractions in the city but the hotel is perfect!

Guest experience disappointing, especially for a hotel rated 4/5 on Booking.com. The area was not great, and I don’t understand the comments saying the location is excellent. In my opinion, Ao Nang is a much better area than Krabi and will save you a lot of time as every activity is near the Ao Nang area.
The cleaning was mediocre: there were stains on the curtains and the shower floor was dirty. In the room, we could hear everything from the lobby. There were no slippers and no bathrobe.
There was also some kind of open kitchen just below our balcony, which gave the impression of being in a market, really busy, noisy area. It felt very strange and unpleasant.
It was not terrible, but considering the photos, the rating and the price we paid, it was not worth it. We eventually decided to change hotels after only one night.
