Staff ignored a sexual assault incident that occured on the hotel property
Cons:

BEWARE of staff that COMPLETELY ignored a serious sexual assault that my husband and I witnessed on our floor.
I won't explicitly say what we witnessed but it was serious and when we reported this to the hotel staff, they acted like it was no big deal or as if this happens frequently. They refused to provide any useful/helpful information and didn't do anything about the situation. They kept deflecting every point we made as to why they should take some type of action. I feel very sorry for the girl that night and wonder if they would even care about any other safety issues that occur on their property.

Superb location and great value for money.
Pros:

The location is superb. The only downside was that the room was quite small, but that was expected for the price I paid. I understood that I was mainly paying for the excellent location, so it wasn't an issue for me. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and felt it offered good value for the location.

旅館的地點很靠近市區，不怕沒有吃的，對面就有LAWSON。採購也很方便。
Pros:

距離車站很近，找美食、採買很方便。
房間乾淨，設備齊全。還可以在一樓秤行李重量，另外也有免費的雨傘可以借。

Cons:

1301房間的床底下沒辦法放行李。

Pros:

スタッフがとても親切でした。

ショッピングするのもお食事にいくのも大変便利でした。

Cons:

窓から見る景色は全くガッカリでした。
バスルームとトイレが一緒になってるのは良いのですが狭い点と洗面がとても小さく使いにくいのが気になりました。
