Excellent location, clean hotel with small rooms
Pros:

Great location very close to Namba station, Dontonbury and restaurants.
Yukata and amenities are great.

Cons:

Room is very small. There is an empty space in the inner courtyard, which could have been used to have larger rooms.
Tumble dryer had a lot of dust on its glass.

Pros:

The hotel was close to everything. The mall, the train station, Lawson, 7 eleven, dotonbori, etc. surrounded by lots of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

They didn’t have much of foreign movies available. I watched the same 2 movies every time I came back to the room.

Great Osaka base
Pros:

Pefect base for my time in Osaka. Near the station with loads of beautiful little back streets to explore. Room had all amenities expected plus a fridge. Staff were helpful and friendly.
