Good hotel in a stunning location in Newcastle.
Pros:

Room was a bit small for the price but it came with an impressive amount of features. Location was brilliant.

Cons:

Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Room was also smaller than expected. A bar in the hotel would be nice.

comfortable room but some staff needs more training
Pros:

Room was fine but staff gave us wrong information. She said the parking is included and free but it's down in Times square. which is 0.4 miles away. but after parking and walked back, another staff said it wasn't included so it costs us money and time because of this false information. Parking isn't close and isn't easy.

Pristine, efficient accommodation
Pros:

Central location was good for my purposes - attending a conference. Great to have a kitchenette so that I didn't have to go out to find food. Roomzzz also has a small selection of microwave meals in the lobby. The bathroom and room were pristine. Comfortable bed. Nice touch to have free grab and go coffee and croissant available in the morning. Reception staff were efficient and friendly. All round, a positive stay.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. The station is not far away and trains can be heard, but decent double glazing meant that this noise is very muted and didn't bother me.
