Free tea and coffee machine, we had a small apartment suite so had all appliances too

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

The location was great, room was lovely and had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. The birthday balloons in the room was a very nice surprise.

Excellent stay and value for money
Pros:

It had a lovely location right next to the stadium where we were watching Peter Kay. Free breakfast was great love the hot chocolate. Reception were on point.

Lovely Hotel not far from train station
Pros:

Lovely modern clean room with mini kitchen comfortable bed and seating area. The bathroom had a waterfall shower and lovely products supplied. Had a hairdryer, good mirror, fridge freezer. Quiet. Ac for increasing and decreasing heat.

Cons:

No cleaning options to wash dishes or dry in kitchen. Staff could have been more friendly and welcoming on arrival and departure. No friendly chat or questions about our stay. There is a grab and go breakfast where can get a croissant and coffee. Came down at 10am expecting this as was told available until 10:30 but was told all gone and would not bring any more out as checking out despite within the advertised time and checkout was 11am. Basically looked like girl at desk couldn't be bothered and no apologies. Made me feel like it was my fault for coming down too late! Don't forget you are in hospitality!

Location and facilities are great, staff friendly and helpful. This was a great experience!
Pros:

Great for washing clothes! Also easy to find from central station. Comfortable room which was warm when needed and cool when required.

Cons:

The cobblestones outside if you have heavy luggage. The cooking facilities are basic but fine.
