Fabulous location and nice clean but basic accommodation.
Pros:

The location is fabulous, drinks machine in foyer and cold water also good. Nice and spacious and clean apartment with balcony and good to have air con on what was a very hot few days in Chester.

Cons:

The decor is very sparse, perhaps female design touch needed! sofa exceedingly uncomfortable and chairs in balcony could do with a cushion or two. £30 extra for parking is also too much given the overall cost of the apartment for two nights.

Cons:

La recepcionista rubia inglesa muy mal, poco acogedora y nos dio una pieza peor que la que habíamos pagado y cuando fuimos a reclamar no nos quería escuchar hasta que finalmente accedió a darnos las piezas que habíamos pagado, pero pasamos un mío mal rato y nos hizo perder mucho tiempo con este problema .

The fact they offer a cot but don’t supply a mattresses, when I asked reception he said it was for safe sleep but handed me a load of sheets to put in the bottom? We have stayed in a lot of hotels with our daughter and a mattress is always in the cot? She had to sleep on the bed with us as it was safer than the cot. I feel like if you’re going to offer a cot then a mattress needs to be in it for the baby to sleep on it? A cot full of lose sheets is more dangerous?

Friendly, great vibe
Pros:

We stayed at Roomzzz aparthotel and was pleasantly surprised by the setup of the hotel. Welcomed by ANDREA, who was very welcoming and explained how the guests were welcome to make use of the drinks machine and how fresh croissants are available in the morning, which she also provided us with a welcome croissant as she had some available which was lovely to receive on arrival. ANDREA also advised us where to go and sites to see having never been to Chester before, she couldn’t have been more helpful to be fair. The rooms were very spacious and had everything you could need and more, and all very, very clean and well presented. We will definitely go back, and Chester was beautiful, a very friendly, and charismatic City. Loved it. Thank you.

Pros:

Lovely welcome . Loved the idea of free coffee and tea in the foyer available all day. We stayed in the penthouse suite . Was clean some stains in decor but nothing too bad . Lovely view from balcony .

wonderful stay
Pros:

Staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. fabulous location ,we stayed in the Aintree room, which was really lovely.

Cons:

we could not get the cooker to work and there was no instructions. Also the freezer needed defrosting.

Amazing apart hotel in brilliant location
Pros:

Amazing location right by the racecourse. Not far to walk into the city centre either which was brilliant. Nice 24 hour coffee/tea access (self serve) and lovely fresh croissants in the mornings also.

Lovely and comfortable beds also - better sleep than at home! Bonus of air conditioning in rooms during hot weather too!
