Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location, with a free car park. Wide choice at breakfast. First class coffee and very tasty bacon! Comfortable room, with slightly quirky decor. A nice little Italian restaurant on site is an added bonus.
Shower temperature difficult to control, but I reported this on checkout and the receptionist said they would see to it.

Friendly and warm welcome on arrival and at breakfast. Cooked breakfast was nice.
Slept badly as there was a lot of noise around the room, creaky floor boards from people walking by (even at 1am), and from above. The shower took a long time to warm up in the morning. Left feeling exhausted rather than refreshed.
Great car parking
Lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly, Breakfast included and good. Evening meal in the restaurant was great and really convenient after a day's sightseeing. Nice walk into the centre but also a bus stop just outside.
Shower was not too good, not very strong and very small space.
Staff friendly and helpful. Room was ok - a little dated but bedding and towels were lovely. Lovely selection for breakfast.

Free parking. Took us about 30/40 mins to walk into the centre but uber's were cheap and it was also on a bus route.
The bed was awful - was sunk in the middle. We didn't get back to our room until very late or we would've said something earlier. The extractor fan from the kitchen downstairs could be heard in our room so we were woken up early.
The room was spotless and quiet. Everything worked.
