It was a very nice atmosphere. I have stayed here several times before. It has an excellent restaurant.
I cannot think of anything particular except it is away from the centre. But it only takes 10 minutes by bus to the centre. The number 3 goes to the centre.

No lift for upper floor but staff brought bags to the room.

Room was fresh, spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fridge in the room which was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and room was a good temperature. Easy to check in. Parking was accessible and easy to find. Shampoo, shower gel and hand soap were all included. Didn't have breakfast but was included. Was nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. TV had a decent amount of channels.

It's a lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. All facilities work well. All staff is very welcoming and polite. Breakfast is like home-made, very tasty. Close to the railway station and shops; the restaurant is on the ground floor. The room has tea, coffee.

It’s very dated, the shower room was very narrow, the bathroom light pull was old/yellowy and the hairdryer has seen better days.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is good too. We visited the restaurant which is there for the evening and that was delcious!
We all had rather unusual rooms with 'quirky lay outs - including one person having a sauna and corner jacuzzi bath in her room. My bed mattress was old and hard and the shower had an overhang so it was quite a squash.
Food was fantastic, good choice and restaurant on site. Loved the lasagne.
Water pressure on shower wasn't great, bath area needs upgrading. But was adequate and clean. It could have been due to water saving with heatwave.
