Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w samym starym centrum. Bardzo czysty apartament, w którym było wszystko co potrzebne na krótki pobyt. Bardzo blisko znajduje się lokalny sklep i piekarnia. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Nie było żadnych problemów z późnym zameldowaniem.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im B&B Mare Nostrum. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und vermittelt genau das italienische Flair, das man sich für einen Aufenthalt in Brindisi wünscht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die tolle Lage und der ausgesprochen freundliche Kontakt mit Giuseppe, der jederzeit schnell geantwortet und uns bei allen Fragen geholfen hat.

Die Unterkunft bietet ein separates Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sowie einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit Schlafcouch, sodass auch bis zu vier Personen bequem unterkommen können. Das italienische Frühstück mit Kaffee, Keksen und süßem Gebäck war ebenfalls vorhanden. Besonders praktisch waren die bereitgelegte Stadtkarte, die Restaurantempfehlungen und die Möglichkeit, unser Gepäck nach dem Check-out noch dort zu lassen.

Cons:

Das Sofa im Wohnbereich wirkte bereits etwas abgenutzt. Außerdem waren die Nachbarn zeitweise recht laut. Ansonsten hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden.

We had good weather,enjoyed Brindisi & enjoyed staying at Mare Nostrum.Grazie mille
Pros:

We loved the property as its basically a small 1 bedroomed flat.Theres somewhere to sit & have meals.A sofa to recline on,the bed was comfortable.The bathroom served our purposes & as is the case in most of Italy there is a bidet.The location is superb.Its easy to get the bus to the beach (bus goes from via Indipendenza) & NOT outside the train station.Bus tickets can be purchased from the cafe opposite the train station.This property isnt a 5 star B&B but that is reflected in the price.We found it to be exceptional value for money & wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Cons:

We didnt like the breakfast as it was basically cakes & biscuits.However the CONAD supermarket is a 5 minute walk away from the B&B & everything you could possibly wish for breakfast can be bought there.

Apartament polozony jest w pieknej urokliwej zacisznej uliczce, skad bardzo szybko mozna dostac sie piechota do wszystkich atrakcji. Sklada sie z salonu polaczonego z kuchnia i sypialnia, przy ktorej jest lazienka. W kuchni czekaly na nas liczne przysmaki i podstawowe sniadaniowe artykuly. Bardzo to docenilismy, gdyz dotarlismy na miejsce pozna pora, a wszystkie sklepy byly juz zamkniete. Giuseppe pozostawal caly czas do naszej dyspozycji na whatsappie i troszczyl sie o nasza wygode. Sypialnia ma bardzo wygodne lozko oraz cudownie wygodne poduszki, co rzadko sie zdarza. W lazience znajdowal sie komplet kosmetykow oraz prysznic z zawsze wystarczajaco ciepla woda. Czulismy sie tu bardzo dobrze.

Cons:

Apartament znajduje sie na pietrze a schody sa dosc strome. Dla nas nie byla to przeszkoda,.ale dobrze miec tego swiadomos jesli ktos ma klopot z wchodzeniem. W apartamencie nie ma klimatyzacji. Do dyspozycji mielismy dwa wentylatory, ktore na nasz krotki pobyt byly wystraczajace.

Pros:

Very good location(5-7min to Railway Brindisi). The owner is very comunicative,even hold our backpacks all day when we left. The Breakfast is good Nuttela,Milk,HoneyYogurt, Biscuits,and a lot more. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Maybe just more windows but all the architecture is the same in the town so is pretty hard to have all around windows.

Недорогие апартаменты для знакомства с историческими достопримечательностями Бриндизи и Лечче.
Pros:

Апартаменты находятся на узкой улочке. Хозяин Джузеппе постоянно был на связи, если возникали проблемы, он быстро помогал их решить. Общая кухня с другим номером большая, но довольно темная, расположена на 1 этаже. Интернет хороший. Душевая кабина небольшая, но функциональная. Кровать просторная, белье и полотенца качественные. Продукты на завтрак были в достаточном количестве. От жд станции Бриндизи до отеля можно дойти за 10-15 минут. Исторический центр находится рядом, его можно обойти за 1-1,5 часа.

Cons:

В комнате № 2, в которой нас разместили, не было окна. Кондиционера нет, есть вентилятор на потолке. Если посещать пляж, то сушить купальники негде.
