Staff was not there, was accused of not paying at check out even though no was at the reception at 05:30 when I was leaving. My card is in the system and asked them to charge that. Some guy called me 30 mins after I left and told me to go back and pay personally. Told him that he should just use the card they have in the system. Kinda hard for him to understand…

Früher top, heute flop
Pros:

Das Badezimmer war neu renoviert. Sehr schöne und ruhige Aussicht in den Jachthafen. Gute Betten. Wir waren schon einmal vor 10 Jahren im selben Hotel, aber das ist kein Vergleich mehr zu früher, wir werden zukünftig einen grossen Bogen darum machen!

Cons:

Wir haben eine Suite gebucht (mit separatem Wohnzimmer) und hatten ein Zimmer, normale Grösse, mit 2 Fauteuils! Auf dem Balkon hatte es für 2 Zimmer 1 Stuhl. Auf der Hotelseite wurde für Fischgerichte und Hummer im Restaurant geworben, es gab aber nur eine sehr einfaches Buffet!

Cons:

Me overnatta ikkje her, kansellerte bestillingen etter at me såg rommet. Rommet var sikkert ok, men utfrå bestillingen på Booking var det ikkje egen inngang, ingen terasse, ikkje eget soverom og sjøutsikten var vel heller tvilsom.. Så stod ikkje til forventning, ikkje i forhold til pris heller.
I tillegg hadde dei egentlig ikkje tid til å ta imot oss..

De kwalificatie van het hotel op de website van booking.com
Cons:

Het hotel is dringend aan een renovatie toe : zowel de muren als de plankenvloer zijn op meerdere plaatsen beschadigd. Het meubilair is verouderd

Het hotel organiseert blijkbaar veel feesten waardoor de gewone gasten soms wat verwaarloosd worden.
