Naja
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und alles Sauber und Aufgeräumt, Essen war lecker

Cons:

Roomservice hat sehr lange gebraucht (+1h) und hat die falsche Soße gebracht, benutzte Handtücher die ich zum wechseln auf den Boden (wie auf dem Papier hingewiesen) gelegt habe wurden nicht gewechselt und nur neu zusammengefaltet. Am Abend war Teil des Handtuches noch immer nass.
Außerdem hat ein Teil der Ausstattung gefehlt weswegen ich in ein anderes Zimmer untergebracht wurde

Sehr schönes empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Wir hatten sehr moderne und schöne Zimmer, mit bequemen Betten in der obersten Etage. Das Frühstück ist nicht gerade preiswert, aber sehr vielfältig und qualitativ hochwertig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Perfekte Business-Stützpunkt.
Pros:

Perfektes Businesshotel im Raum Karlsruhe. Etwas ab vom Zentrum und sehr ruhig für ein Stadthotel (ausser es ist auf der ruhigeren Rückseite des Hauses gerade Publicviewing zur Fussball-WM).
Schönes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Recht teure und sehr enge Tiefgarage. Besser Stellplätze draussen im Hinterhof benutzen.
