We booked Nobu 9 months ago and requested interconnecting rooms and via AMEX an upgrade. Upon arrival our taxi from the hotel was not there so we had to wait 30mins in arrival. It was prebooked but apparently someone else had taken our cab. We arrived at the hotel and I have to say we were given the worst rooms. A suite is like a prison cell especially for three people and my other two sisters were not in an interconnecting room. The suites are so small and cramped. Obviously we complained and two nights later we were given a room which we should have received upon arrival. Five nights later the hotel is nice not exceptional. The AC has a lot to be answered for. The sea is beautiful. Beach service is very slow. Breakfast is mediocore. The Nobu lives off its name. Would I stay again? No I would go for the Ibiza Gran up the road.

The experience at Nobu is unlike any other hotel in Ibiza. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional attention to detail. Every member of the team makes you feel at home, and that’s exactly why I find myself coming back year after year.
One of the things that stands out most is how they’ve managed to retain so many of the same staff over the years. It’s rare to find that level of consistency in hospitality, and it shows. They remember your name, how you take your coffee, your favourite drink, and all the little details that make every stay feel personal.
I genuinely can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather spend my holidays in Ibiza.
I also love the new wellness programme they’ve introduced. The morning fitness classes, led by some of the island’s best instructors, are fantastic. It’s such a great way to start the day, and they’ve created a wonderful sense of community by bringing guests together through these experiences.
And finally, Nobu Restaurant deserves a special mention. We had some of the most exceptional dinners there—beautifully prepared, consistently outstanding, and every meal felt like an experience in itself.
I simply can’t say enough good things about this place. Every year they remind me why it’s one of my favourite hotels in the world.
Quarto grande e confortável; vista linda; duas piscinas e acesso a praia; rooftop vista incrível; café da manhã excelente; limpeza a atendimento.
A musica na piscina em alguns dias começou logo cedo e para quem quer mais tranquilidade as vezes incomoda. Um dia tambem que teve festa no rooftop tinha muita gente de fora pelo hotel.
The bay and the sun beds are nice. Location is good. You can walk to the harbour and take the boat from there to the old town.
We had booked a fully sea view room and were put in a tiny room (with roof top though through stairs) with side view to the sea, but mostly facing parking area.
After complaining we got a nice full sea view room. But all not worth the money. Basically it looks like a hotel from the seventies, badly and cheap refurbished, with 2 smaller pools, one for adults only.
If I spend so much money per night I expect also an exceptional hotel, with perfect service and a good sleep. Which was not possible as there was loud music until late. We will never come back.
And I wonder who Nobu gives their licence too.
Nobu Ibiza is the perfect beach pool day for both families and couples.. Impeccable service. A perfect reset relaxing day away from the crowded beaches coupled with amazing cocktails, food (sushi or Med) and amazing beach 🏝️
