Pricey but brilliant

Utter disappointment
Pros:

Property is new and in a nice location

Cons:

Beds are small, “no disturbe” or “please clean” buttons by our door did not work, housekeeping took ages to clean (usually late in the afternoon, after I called a couple of times), also housekeeping decides what they should bin from your room (???) so some of my items ended up in trash. Finally, at breakfast they never got my order right: they forget water or bring cold milk (I always ask for hot), or bring food with chilly despite me asking them not to put chilly on my food. Also, a small bottle of coke is EUR10?? I will never go back.

Such a shame about the poor service really let it down

The facilities and the property is lovely

Cons:

Worst service, had to chase staff around to order a drink. Food become before drinks in restaurants. Never enough high chairs. Eggs barely cooked at breakfast and took so long

Location and spaciousness

Cons:

Lack of water being replenished in the rooms and price of water around the pool. On site hairdresser ridiculously expensive too
