The pool area was beautiful
our room was so cold, a technician came out twice to finally fix it but nothing was offered as compensation. we asked for blankets and a heater, but they didn´ t bring. The decor in the room was really very basic also (suite with dipping pool and pool access)
The glasses in Nobu restaurant itself for a combinado, like vodka & tonic were really crappy tube glasses - would never expect this from such an establishment - we just felt very disappointed on many levels. to pay all that money, everything should be perfect and luxurious
Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft – mit feinem Sand, einer sehr entspannten Atmosphäre und einem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den außergewöhnlich herzlichen Empfang durch Loreen. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Diese Herzlichkeit zieht sich durch das gesamte Hotel.
Ebenso möchten wir Kenia aus dem Guest-Relations-Team am Pool ausdrücklich loben. Sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und mit einer tollen Ausstrahlung – genau solche Menschen machen einen Aufenthalt besonders.
Generell war das komplette Personal während unseres Aufenthalts hervorragend. Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und echtes Interesse am Gast sind hier wirklich auf einem außergewöhnlich hohen Niveau.
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und ausgesprochen sauber. Eine Bettdecke hatte am ersten Tag einen leicht unangenehmen Geruch, wurde aber sofort und völlig unkompliziert ausgetauscht – genau so stellt man sich perfekten Service vor.
Auch das Welcome-Pack für unsere Hunde war wirklich außerordentlich schön gestaltet – mit einem liebevollen Körbchen und kleinen Snacks. Solche Aufmerksamkeiten zeigen, dass sich hier wirklich Gedanken gemacht werden.
Ganz besonders bedanken möchten wir uns außerdem für den kleinen Geburtstagskuchen und die Flasche Champagner – das war eine sehr schöne und wertschätzende Überraschung, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben.
Besonders begeistert haben uns außerdem die unglaublich bequemen Sonnenliegen direkt in erster Reihe zum Meer – im weichen Sand gelegen und perfekt zum Entspannen.
Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war qualitativ sehr gut und mit einer schönen Auswahl. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre lediglich, dass die Restaurantleitung beim Frühstück die Bestellungen teilweise etwas aufmerksamer und zügiger aufnehmen könnte.

Good location to visit the old town
It’s smart and you might find that you need to dress to impress. Not private so expect to lie on the beach with people passing on the footpath. Hotel double charged us, so will need to contact them to get our money back.
the place is amazing, the staff friendly and always helpful, the normal rooms are not big but have a wonderful view. It was my second stay and this time I was disappointed - the level of service was lower and price-performance ratio doesn't right. specialy the daily cleaning was late and ones not done. The rooms to the main pool are loud, they clean the ground around the pool at 5 o clock.
It is a lovely place, stunning view, absolutly friendly staff - but the price is definitely too high and nit justified

La situation
Totalement overrated compte-tenu du prix exorbitant des chambres. De plus des défauts inacceptables : la TV ne marchait pas à notre arrivée, la chambre était proche d’un passage pour aller à la piscine donc très bruyant. Nous avons été réveillés en pleine nuit par les techniciens nettoyant la piscine. On sent que l’établissement n’a pas les moyens d’entretenir le niveau le plus élevé : peintures défraîchies des cloisons entourant notre piscine privative, portes du restaurant cassées nous obligeant à prendre le petit déjeuner en plein vent…. Bref….
It’s a luxurious stay from start to finish and we were treated to a lovely bottle of vino in our room. The service is impeccable and there are plenty of great staff available at all times. This was our second stay here the only little change I noticed was the food wasn’t as I remember it to be. I will return next year.
A little change in the food quality
Close to beach and lovely setting - the pool was amazing. The room was quite small but clean and tidy with a really lovely balcony view.
The pool you see in the pictures you have to pay an extra 150 euros a day to sit around. You also have to pay 40 euros per person per day for breakfast. Seemed very disorganised - we asked for various things such as an ironing board which just never turned up. There is a pillow menu which is a nice touch but it just seems like a way of giving you cheap polyester pillows to start with as they are cheaper, they also didn't remove our pillows, so we ended up with about 8 pillows piled up in the room. Randomly the maid would remove glasses so we ended up drinking water from wine glasses as they were the only thing left. We stayed 4 days but the mini bar was no replenished, so we had to go to a mni market to get things like drinks and snacks. We ordered cocktails on the first day and 2 completely random drinks arrived -even the server didn't know what they were. The service was painfully slow so we took to going directly to the bar. More seriously the room service food was awful - overpriced and the chicken club sandwich I had had a chicken bone in it and it made me sick, I didn't trust the resturant as a result. The room service veggie burger was laughable - 25 euros for a defrosted bun and overcooked chips with a cheap veggie burger wedged inbetween. We ended up going to Soho Farmhouse for lunch two days running instead of eating here and the difference was just remarkable - both in terms of price and quality.
