Le camere esteticamente brutte. Personale non del tutto cordiale tranne la parte del car vallet. Nel bagno non si poteva utilizzare il bidet perché non ci entravano le gambe. La stanza era piena di zanzare al nostro arrivo. La parte del mini bar nella stanza non metteva mai nuovi bicchieri.

Wonderful Stay
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt very well looked after from beginning to end. The services are excellent, the restaurants are very good, and the room service was also great.
I would especially like to mention Georgia from the Concierge team. She is incredibly professional, speaks several languages, and was always available, attentive, and genuinely kind. She managed to solve every little issue and request with efficiency and a smile. Her professionalism and warmth truly made a difference and deserve special recognition. The rest of the staff were also lovely and helpful, but Georgia was definitely exceptional.
I also stayed with my little dog, who was welcomed in the best possible way. This was very much appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable.
I have stayed here before and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
I know the location very well. The sea is average but we love the area.
The management of the staff. The staff can’t be blamed if they are not trained. And guest relations are smiling robots. They do not do the basics asked. They smile take your money and disappoint.
We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room we were initially given had a strong smell of dampness and mold, and the bathroom door was broken and would not close.
We asked to be moved to another room and specifically requested that our luggage not be moved unless we were present. Despite our clear instructions, the hotel staff moved our belongings to the new room while we were away, and in the process damaged my wife’s Rimowa suitcase.
The entire situation was handled very poorly by both the hotel management and staff. This level of service and disregard for a guest’s explicit instructions is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

Really enjoyed the Nobu Ibiza. Plenty of sunbeds and helpful staff. Nobu restaurant is super (ask for a table not next to the bar). Will surely stay there for our next visit!
Always great to come back to this great hotel. Premises are very well kept , the atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant and you do not feel the crowd as there is a wide range of places to lounge or dine
Felt like a Caribbean Lunch views with yummy sea bass, avocado salad and service, coconuts made the vibe perfect. Dinner at Nobu bar a classic with full moon party rooftop party was fun setting the intentions for next goals. 💛

I always stay at the Nobu Ibiza Bay when travelling to Ibiza. It speaks for itself, you always know the service and quality will be top notch. I had the Cool Sea View room which was perfect for one person and had a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The adult only pool is exceptional, I like that the adult and family pool is separated. It's definitely worth booking a cabana, the pool staff are very attentive and the food, of course, is top notch. Highly recommend!
We booked Nobu 9 months ago and requested interconnecting rooms and via AMEX an upgrade. Upon arrival our taxi from the hotel was not there so we had to wait 30mins in arrival. It was prebooked but apparently someone else had taken our cab. We arrived at the hotel and I have to say we were given the worst rooms. A suite is like a prison cell especially for three people and my other two sisters were not in an interconnecting room. The suites are so small and cramped. Obviously we complained and two nights later we were given a room which we should have received upon arrival. Five nights later the hotel is nice not exceptional. The AC has a lot to be answered for. The sea is beautiful. Beach service is very slow. Breakfast is mediocore. The Nobu lives off its name. Would I stay again? No I would go for the Ibiza Gran up the road.
