Cons:

Alles die Wohnung war überhaupt nicht so wie auf den Bildern, überall Dreck und sogar Schimmel.
Die Küche ohne Kochplatten und der Balkon marode.

Difficult contact with manager service. A last-minute change of position regarding payment and documents, even though the request had been sent well in advance, along with the issuance of the appropriate invoice. Despite the reservation having a long free cancellation period, a partial payment for the stay was charged very quickly. To this day, I have not received the room list with names and the breakdown of the payment amount per person, which I had requested several times.

I was with a group of children at sports competitions, and without any consultation, the room configuration was changed so that the division had to be boys and girls separately, even though the configuration had been previously agreed upon. Just 3 hours before arrival we were informed that reception is not working for coming hours and we need to wait till 22:30 in the evening.

The coaches' room had a bed that was collapsing/sagging and creaked with every slight movement.

Distance out no frills but decent enough
Pros:

Easy going place with good local supermarket across the road as well as pizzeria and couple bars and restaurants. Easy transport links with bus stop very close. No frills but decent enough.

Cons:

Between bus and underground it takes about 45 mins to get to central Prague but that's reflected in the price.

Pros:

A személyzet nagyon kedves. 2 úr is volt aki egy kicsit beszélt magyarul. :) A tulajdonossal tökéletesen lehetett angolul kommunikálni.
A szállás inkább egy kollégiumra hasonlít, mint panzióra, egyszerűen volt berendezve, de tisztaság volt és tágas a szoba. A konyhában volt hűtő, mikrohullámú sütő, tűzhely, mosogató. A szállástól kocsival 30/35 perc alatt a belvárosban voltunk. Saját bekamerázott parkoló.

Cons:

3. emeleten volt a szoba és nem volt lift, de kibírtuk. Nem volt nagy gond. :) A földszinti lakók miatt munkászállóra hasonlított az épület, de ezzel sem volt probléma. A parkolás kicsit drága. Összességében pozitív a véleményünk a helyről.

Unsere Aufenthalt war eine reine Katastrophe!!!!!

Uns wurde am Ankunftsabend der Anreise anstatt des bei "Booking.com" mehrere Tage vorher gebuchten 55-quadratmeter-Zimmers ein 25-quadratmeter-Zimmer mit "gemeinsam" genutztem EIngang, Balkon, Mini-Küche mit drei EInzelbetten gegeben mit der Begründung "Es gab einen technischen Fehler"!!. Den Verantwortlichen konnten wir nur mit Mühe und Aufwand über's Handy erreichen!. Wir mussten das Zimmer nehmen, da wir um die Zeit keine andere Möglichkeit hatten. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 25km östlich vom Prager Zentrum entfernt mit dem Auto.
Booking.com hat uns auch nicht helfen können und wir bekamen nur ein "10 Euro-Gutschein"!!...
Diese Unterkunft ist auf gar keinen Fall zu empfehlen, Finger weg davon!!!!!

Nachtrag: Man wird noch dafür beleidigt und wird als Lügner dargestellt von diesem Menschen, den wir nie zu Gesicht bekommen haben! Das unverschämte daran ist, das ansatzweise von dem was behauptet wird gar nicht wahr ist und man einfach reingelegt wird!!!
Ich kann auch nicht verstehen, wie eine Gesellschaft wie Booking.com mit solchen unseriösen Anbietern zusammen arbeitet ohne sie zu prüfen!?!
Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen !!!

Wir könnten schlafen und duschen.

Cons:

Der Zustand von allem war schrecklich und nicht das Geld wert.
Das Personal hat kein Englisch gesprochen.
Anweisungen gab es daher nicht wirklich.
Der Besitzer war telefonisch nicht erreichbar für Rückfragen.
