Misrepresentation and Unusable Rooms
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The property listed on Booking.com does not match reality.

The Issues:

Advertising: They advertised restaurant and outdoor terrace were completely closed and unusable.

First Room: Had only one working lightbulb. The front desk unhelpfully told me to "use the window light" instead of fixing it.

Second Room: Trapped in a room with broken plumbing. The toilet wouldn't flush and the shower didn't drain.

Customer Service: When I immediately asked to check out and get a refund, the front desk said the second room would be better. They forced a room change on me instead of a refund. I refused to spend the night in these substandard conditions and did not stay.
