Perfect location, plus free zoo tickets and tickets to the blow up water park was awesome! Very nice and clean

Only thing I didn’t like was on rude worker. She had an attitude no mater what u asked. But every one else there was wonderful!

Location was excellent. And the balcony overlooking the river was great. Staff were all very friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and there was no place to hang towels up. Better lighting needed.

Better properties available in the Dells.
Pros:

View of water from restaurant was nice.

Cons:

The room smelled terrible. The towels were stained. Very outdated. Ceiling looked like it was ready to fall down. Random wood panel was nailed to wall - covering up what? Maybe the rooms with a water view were better. Do not stay in rooms across the street.

It was close to downtown

Cons:

Our room was 1118 and had adjacent room. I could hear conversations from the other room like they were standing next to us. It felt like there was no barrier in between. I couldn’t relax at all. It was loud.

Stayed here many times. Many great memories!Love the restaurant,too!Lovely indoor pool overlooking the Upper Dells , spa, and sauna.

Cons:

New cattle call check in procedure was ridiculous.Many times we have arrived before 4 p.m. check in time and always we were texted when room was ready. Now you are told in monotone “we will text you at 4p.m.” Okay , came back at 3:47 p.m. to a full lobby of people and so much tension was in the air. Everyone waiting (one elevator mind you ) Finally, my husband asked for a manager who reiterated “.we will text you at 4p.m. “ He then asked “Are the rooms ready ?”Response was yes. Light bulb went off in their head as the lobby was full of guests waiting and they said “Here is your room number” So sad to witness this.
