From the time we got there the staff were great. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The vire from the balcony was amazing.
Staff, location, private balcony with excellent view.
We enjoyed the whole experience.
The first night the room was terrible, the bathroom was liking by the toilet. In the morning I requested change me the room. The new room was better
The customer service at beginning was not kindly.
Location, cleanliness
I am in process of asking for a breakdown of what they paid me charged me t0p more than booking.c said and had no explanation for it
Personnel très agréable, très attentif.
Accès gratuit au parc aquatique land of natura situé à 3km. Piscine intérieure avec sauna et grand jacuzzi.
Location was good. Room was clean and cool during a 90 plus heatwave.
Nothing really stood out
Location
Everything else
Nice location, beautiful river view and access to Lake Delton though Aloha Beach. Comfortable bed.
The room was somewhat noisy and can hear other tenants moving around. The air condition was noisy when it turned on and the air was blowing in my face and head when it was on. I decided to turn the temp up so it would not turn on so much and live in a warmer room while sleeping.
The hotel was clean but very outdated. Staff was ok but not entirely nice or knowledgeable. They need more training.
The staff seemed bothered to have guests. If you dont like your job, leave.
Lake view and access to land of natura park was good.
This is an older property with a cramped, poorly maintained bathroom. The bathroom door didn't close right, and there was no shower curtain until we asked for one—and even then, it was hung carelessly. To make matters worse, the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were disfunctional, the sink lacked a stopper, and the uncleaned balcony had pest droppings on it.
Really enjoyed balcony and view!
I like the room because it faces the river and you can view the sunset. Unfortunately I wasn't able to catch up the sunset coz we arrived to our room a little late however there was this beautiful colors of orange, yellow, and red in the sky without the sun that we were able to get a glimpse of just a few minutes after the sunset and it was beautiful. However there was this confusion when we check in because the front desk told me that my reservation was only for 3 when in fact I made a 5 people reservation which is 2 adults and 3 kids. I told her that cannot be because I have 3 kids and why will I reserved for only 1 kid and 2 adults for 3 queen beds and a private room when in fact I have 3 kids plus me and my husband so they let me pay extra for 25.00 plus tax for my 480 + reservation for overnight stay. That time I left my phone in the car so I wasn't able to check my confirmed reservation on my phone so I could show to the front desk. So they say that always happen on booking.com. So I didn't bother. That night I was able to check my reservation on my phone and its really for 2 adults and 3 kids.
That it was within walking distance to downtown.
The shower water was hot!!
The bartender!
They were rude, they had no idea what was going on during check in.
Tried to blame booking.com when it was a property issue.
Some of the blankets were dirty.
The bunk beds were not comfortable.
The air didn’t work in one bedroom but maintenance did fix it.
They were out of a lot of breakfast food on a Sunday morning…
Honestly not much. It was a fair price for what it was.
Our room was located in the building across the street so not convenient for swimming, the bar etc. Air conditioning didn’t work well. After a rather lengthy check in process it took a second trip back to the main hotel and a 30 minute wait for someone to let us into our room because our electronic keys wouldn’t work. Turns out the problem was they gave us the wrong room number. After we checked out granddaughter realized she had left a necklace so we called the hotel about an hour after leaving and they told us they hadn’t found anything and there were already new people in the room (it was 8:30 in the morning). Went back to check with them a couple hours later and they said same thing, other people already in the room and nothing found. Decided to at least go look in the parking lot and saw the cleaning person so we asked him and he said he hadn’t even cleaned the room yet and was nice enough to let us in. The necklace was laying right there. Huge shout out to the cleaning guy but shame on the front desk who felt it was easier to lie rather than making an attempt to help.
