The restaurant and the Restaurant manager were very friendly and helpful. The dinner was great and reasonably priced especially for that area

We stayed for 1 night only as we visited the Wisconsin Dells.

It was rather deceiving how it was put out there. We thought we were staying at the bigger resort across the street with all the amenities, but, we were on the other side, which was basically a glorified motel that stunk of weed.

nice dinner and breakfast at Boathouse, reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

booked balcony/patio room - were given the first floor (sub floor) patio room across from laundry room. Despite booking early and checking in early, we were told no other room available. room had bugs and a faucet that leaked. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. Coffee maker didn't work and when we went to front desk to ask for replacement we were told there wasn't one available. Bought coffee in Boathouse. No phone in room to call front desk. Wifi was intermittent in the room and not strong when it was available. Were given wristbands as our "key" and were told we must wear them at the property at all times.

Pros:

The truth is that I didn’t like the customer’s attention at all. I made my reservation through the app and chose the room and everything. My surprise was that when I arrived at the hotel they didn’t give me my room that I chose and that’s what Ellis wanted and the truth is that I paid for a bigger apartment with a balcony. The Truth terrible experience in this hotel

Close to downtown, great pool, Land of Natura 🙌
Pros:

So close to downtown! The pool and hot tub were a great way for kids to keep swimming and parents to relax at the end of the day. Land of Natura was an absolute blast for the kids.

Cons:

We stayed here 8/14–8/16 in room 1608. The room was noticeably dirty, with cobwebs in multiple corners and around the fixtures, plus dozens of spiders and other little bugs. I understand that finding a bug here or there can happen, but there were enough of them that it really made the room uncomfortable and made me question how well the room had actually been cleaned. We reached out to the hotel (and Booking.com) with no response.

Liked this location and these rooms better than the other location. It’s a quiet, comfortable stay but wish they offered

I wouldn’t recommend especially for the price
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Nice to get a free drink with check in. Was nice to be close to the Main Street but getting there is tricky unless you drive to find parking

Cons:

Not as advertised. A full drive from all other facilities.
