I had paid extra for a riverview for 3 nights, believing I was getting a balcony, did not receive a balcony and when I asked for a balcony the staff were unhelpful, there was a lot of rooms available with a balcony (Monday Tuesday) and they would not give me a room with a balcony even though I had no problem paying extra. Eventually they agreed to give me a balcony on the first floor if I paid extra, $160 extra which is ridiculous and was on the first floor. They were rude and unwilling to help. We stay in the dells once a year and would come back yearly if the staff were more assisting and helpful

It was so dirty and I didn’t even stay.
Pros:

It has a good location but it was so dirty with yellow towel and I saw roaches. I didn’t stay and I left

Pros:

The property was located very close to a lot of close destinations .
The food from the restaurant was good , the bar had excellent service and knew how to make delicious drinks .
The view was the best part of the experience .

Cons:

The bathroom soaps weren’t filled , the desk weren’t wiped down properly ( we could see ring circles from whoever had stayed last ) , we asked for house keeping to change the sheets and do basic cleaning of the room . They didn’t give new sheets just put a blanket over the bed instead .

Nothing, not as advertised, apparently there's an old motel they annexed across the street, the conditions were deplorable. Hair in the sheets, mold in the grout, dirty floors, dirty walls with stuff splattered everywhere, overall just disgusting. My oldest child has a mold allergy, we couldn't stay there. We fought with management for a refund and they refused. Lied and said the mold was just stains since it's an old building and they just passed an inspection. Refused to show said inspection approval. We made them go to the room so we could show the mold. Still refused refund. I'm now having to dispute it with my credit card. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Cons:

The room had cookie crumbs stuck on the wooden window frame and cobwebs, which was already disappointing. But the worst part was that the room was not cleaned at all while I was out. When I asked about it, I was told that housekeeping is a service that guests have to request at check-in. I found this ridiculous, especially since this is not my first time staying at a hotel. Housekeeping is normally done automatically. Very disappointing experience.

Would’ve been great if I didn’t have to pay extra money for no reason
Pros:

Liked the balcony and pool room

Cons:

Staffing made me pay for another wrist band since it fell off while playing at water park… not sure how you guys are able to charge $26 for a replacement wrist band when we already paid for everything… that $26 really ruined my good thoughts about this place…

Convenient not luxurious
Pros:

Location was perfect right off River walk and close to downtown, with beautiful views of River. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not a lot of gathering spaces. Public spaces were tight and small, and the one elevator was slow. Tired decor, could use an update and a good deep clean.

the location we very nice we were able to walk to most places that we wanted to go to and the out door pool was very nice I wish that we would have had more fun to enjoy it .

Cons:

It took them over and hour to get us in our room making us late for our dinner reservations. They were not able to get the wrist band key programed . My son had to keep walking across the street to see if they had it figured out because our room was not attached to the hotel. They did not have any other rooms that they could give us . They wanted us to put our bags in the room to leave for our reservations and hopefully they would have it figured out by the time we got back. With the way that they were handling the the situation I did not feel that this was a good option. We asked multiple times if they could just give us another room and they kept saying that they did not have any.
Before I booked the room with you I had called them direct to book and they told me that I should book through a booking site not direct . When we did finally get in the room it was very out dated not like the pictures at all on the web sight at all. When they got us in our room they said that they would check with the manager to see what they could do and they did end up refunding us the resort fee . We tried very hard to keep our cool during our check in but the staff were not helpful at all except for the maintenance guy that did end up helping us. They were very disrespectful and did not handle it very well. I do appreciate that they gave us a $20 refund but never did they once apologize for the way that we were treated . Sad to say but I would not go back . Also if you do stay make sure that everyone signs the waver before you get there because they will not let you check in until it is done . The waver during check in says that they can charge you $200 for leaving a mess in your room when you leave

I will not be back.
Pros:

The view from the hotel is great.

Cons:

The tile was gritty, toilet didn’t flush unless ya held it for 45 seconds, the ac kept shutting off and we would have to wake up and turn it back on. The lady at the front desk was rude, even though she worked in the industry for 44yrs.
