Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The bathroom in the lobby didn't flush the whole time we were there. The lights in the room didn't work correctly and the ac continued to shut off. Couldn't get clean towels. The guy at the desk said house keeping had been scarce lately.

Not your average waterpark
Pros:

The warterpark is not your normal, everyday waterpark. It is a few miles away from the hotel and is on, what appears to be, a man-made lake. We were apprehensive at first, but actually really enjoyed it. There aren't any rushing-water slides, lazy rivers or dumping buckets; instead there is a lake with lots of floating inflated "obstacles", including trampolines, slides, and extremely slippery walkways.

Cons:

We tried to eat dinner at the on-location restaurant, but after sitting there for 15 minutes without service, we just left. I also tweaked my knee on the lily pads at the waterpark (haven't been to the DR yet, but probably a torn meniscus).

The location was perfect

Cons:

The room was so nasty. Smelled bad floor made our socks black mold in the shower and air conditioner stopped working. One of the front desk ladies was very rude.

Disappointment
Pros:

The good thing about it was the employees were nice as well as it was right there by everything.

Cons:

The sheets and comforter were dirty. Had visible dirt all over them. Had a balcony but opened the door for 2 seconds and room filled with bugs of some kind! Took us an hour to get enough of them we were comfortable enough to sleep. Water pressure is very low, takes awhile to get shampoo out of your hair. Had lights that wouldn't turn on.

Bathroom was cheaply fitted. Soap/shampoo dispensers didn't work. No room service provided during our stay. No made beds, no clean towels, no coffee resupplies, etc.

Our stay was enjoyable, and the spacious accommodations and convenient location made it nice.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located near great dining and shopping. The complimentary tickets to Land of Natura and Timbavati Wildlife Park were a wonderful bonus and made our Wisconsin Dells trip even more enjoyable.

Cons:

While the location and size of the property were great, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. There were food splatters and stains on the walls that made the space feel less clean than expected. With a more thorough cleaning and better upkeep, this would be a much more enjoyable place to stay.
