The big area is very spacious

The unit is nice and clean and has a nice view and a big space. The receptionist Jam is not friendly , but the name hazel is very accommodating. We booked 4 units for 3 days all units are ok nice
The Lobby is not attractive unlike the other hotel , they must replace the sofa in the lobby, it looks like an air BNB type only. The main entrance is like a commercial agency. They must improve the lobby too small for the waiting area. We waited 2pm to 4pm for the room key.
Close to good restaurants and Robinson mall. The staff is professional at all times. This is what keeps me coming back as their charm and pride in their work stands out to me.
I wanted to pay in cash when I arrived knowing rooms were available but was told the higher end rooms were only available so I placed a reservation online and then the room I wanted became available. It was uncomfortable for the concierge and myself moving forward with the request but they still kept professional.
I love that the room I had which was EX06 had a smart tv! I was able to watch netflix in my room. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
It's not that I don't like it but I just have a suggestion. There was an empty space beside my bed to the window. It would have been beautiful if there was a couch there to sit and chill when you get bored of laying in bed. (See uploaded pictures for reference)

The staffs are nice and helpful.
The room is really dirty. A lot of molds on the wall and bathroom. You can smell the molds when you go in. The aircon is super dirty and leaking. Behind the toilet when you flush, it's always leaking.
